I love it here! There are beautiful and unique gifts from all over the world, each vendor has their own little section in the building to the left hand side. They offer glass blowing classes which is amazing . I bought the most beautiful jewelry here. They also had beautifully decorated Oaxacan figures!

Recently this year, I purchased furniture on different occasions from Jackalope in Santa Fe, N.M. The furniture is very well made and beautiful, and no doubt will last for years to come.On each occasion, I had the excellent experience of dealing with Nadine, the sales manager. Nadine displayed the utmost professionalism, was highly knowledgeable and helpful, assisted me in scheduling delivery and also pick up, and kept in touch with me through the entire process making sure all went smoothly and successfully. And in addition, Nadine each time treated me courteously, kindly, and graciously. What positive and pleasant experiences I had dealing with Nadine at Jackalope! I highly recommend.

We stop here annually when we come to Santa Fe and buy something every single time. They have so many cool things and we did the glass blowing. We made paper weights and pumpkins! You MUST stop in and check it out.

Great selection of southwestern decor. Visited on multiple occasions and purchased several items, ranging from Mexican pottery, Oaxacan art, and local southwestern decor. Prices are a bit over the top, but not as high or overpriced as purchasing same item in the plaza. First visited approx. 20yrs ago, when prices were moderate, appears that inflation has taken a hit on the place. Still well work stopping. Will return again

Since I was very young, Jackalope was always one of my mom's favorite places to stop when we passed through Santa Fe.Most recently my young daughters also enjoyed their first visit here (5/29/2023). The place has changed significantly since the last time I had been there. There is still free parking. Mostly friendly staff - however, I don't remember paying in different areas in the same building. Speaking of buildings, there are several... The newest is one for glass blowing where classes are also offered. That sounds neat.In other buildings are the following: rugs, gifts (art, clothing, jewelry, bags, etc.) and home decor, and furniture. There is also a garden nursery in front of the main buiding in addition to pottery, sculptures, and water fountains of all sizes. I've never been to the location in Albuquerque. The difference between the two locations is that Santa Fe has the Mercado merchants from all around the world - South America, South Asia, Thailand, Nepal, Mexico, and beyond. We bought items from both the Andean Village Arts and Martz Imports. The pricing is confusing at times. Some items aren't clearly marked or not at all. Other items I found to be a bit steep.I'll be back again as long as I can help it.

Not what we remembered. We first visited this Jackalope about 13 years ago, and it was a wonderful store filled with locally sourced and authentic New Mexican, Native American, and Mexican household wares and goods. I was ecstatic when they opened the Albuquerque location, which was a great sister location. We moved away, the Albuquerque location shut down, and we just visited this location again. We were underwhelmed. There is a section of one building that has local, New Mexican wares and food, and we were pleased to find New Mexico Pinion coffee, which we bought. However, gone are most of the unique and authentic items. As others mention, most of the items sold are cheap, mass produced, and over-priced. My husband picked up what should have been a $10 knife that fell apart in his hand. The vendor said it was $90, and that because he painted it 'Native American blue', the price was justified. As a Native American, that left a bad taste in our mouths.

Wow! Jackalope is a garden, jewelry, furniture, art wonderland with numerous buildings and so much stuff. We wandered around for a few hours shopping for hoMe items and Christmas gifts. The selection of garden pots is remarkable...and so much blue! Sigh! This is a fun place to shop for handicrafted items at reasonable prices.

This is an enjoyable place to stroll through and shop an eclectic array of items. You will find clothing, gardening items, furniture, metal work, handmade blown glass, and the list goes on. A fun shopping experience.

I grew up with glass cups from here and unfortunately, by the time I grew up and on my own, there weren't any left. So, so happy I got to buy the glasses again years later, on my honeymoon! My wife and I are obsessed and they were an amazing price! Thank you!

Used to be a fun quirky place with all manner of oddities. Now it’s an array of imports often geared toward the rich and famous. (Or they price it to look that way: we wondered about the markup before we quit going). The parking lot used to be jam packed. Those were the days… Skip. ?
