  I have had my bangs trimmed often here at the salon. They have always taken me right away which I appreciate . It literally takes less than 5 minutes as I have very normal, non complicated bangs. I was charged $25 plus tax for a bang trim. The price is not posted anywhere and the stylist did not tell me before she trimmed the bangs that the price had gone way up. Not even high end salons in Santa Fe charge this. This is outrageous. I looked at their website and it says $12 and up. Again, non complicated bangs and there was no warning. This is price gouging.

  On Monday, I arrived at 5:37 pm to see if I can get a haircut (trim) The lady had no clients and the guy working said yes, but the lady said no. We r closing at 6 pm. And she told him no. I am assuming she was the manager. Extremely rude place. I left, walked into the mall and got a haircut and was back in my car at 5:58 pm. Customer service is terrible.

  My boyfriend bought a ring and an hour later we went to return it because we had an emergency and needed the money back the manager was rude and refused to give us ojr monwy back even thought the ring was never used or taken out of the box she said it had been damaged and scratched and that it had missing stones I told her that is the way they sold it to us and she said they would never sell something like that even after the associated clearly told her he did sell it to us like that and they refused to give me my money back it was a lot of money and they did not return it to me they gave me a damn JcPenney gift card instead 😡😡😡 very dissapointed please don’t buy jewerly here more than likely it will be damaged and they will blame it on you!!!!

  Was very upset with how this place is kept. Bathroom was so bad I walked in and walked out! Smelled like someone peed all over the floor and walls , pee on the toilet seats, toilets unflushed, it looked like that bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. What was even more appalling was all the trash in the actual store , I found a dirty tissue and an open coke in different places . I told the manager and went back a couple hrs later after doing some shopping at other stores. Bathroom was still the same , Kleenex and coke can in the same place . Jc penny is an expensive store but this one is not kept like it !
