Terrible customer service. I ordered a foam cushion back in October 2023. After 3 weeks with no shipping notification, I reached out to customer service. They informed me that the product was not in stock and they did not have an estimated time when it would be. I requested that my order be canceled and was informed they would not cancel it despite no known delivery date. I had to order the product from somewhere else in the meantime. The cushion finally arrived over 6 weeks after I ordered it. Now I need to drive an hour one direction to return to stupid cushion that I wanted canceled in the first place.

Lots of fabric choices and helpful staff when they're available. Every business is short staffed, so be patient, and they will work with you.

Walked in to JOANN's because they have a much larger selection of fabrics than Hobby Lobby, and 10 minutes later walked out empty handed. Everything is extremely overpriced, including their clearance fabric which has an average cost of $9 per yard already on clearance, CLEARANCE!!! Not only is everything outrageously overpriced, but their store is disgusting and completely unorganized. I walk into our local Hobby Lobby at least once a week and always have the best experience, the place is immaculate, the staff is friendly and professional and they have pretty darn good deals on EVERYTHING, different departments every other week. Really do not regret giving my business to Hobby Lobby over Joann's. The only thing your business has over Hobby Lobby is the larger selection of fabric. The yarn and the beading is much better at Hobby Lobby as well. I can buy fabric online and continue to shop at Hobby Lobby.

I was late for the sale. Was sold out. But I got what I came for. The prices were good. Lots of new fabrics. Shop early or you will miss out on the sale items.

The lady in the morning was so helpful in so many ways.Helped me with a plan for a tear in my comforter and walked around with me to make sure I purchased the right supplies. Very nice and kind.

Claim to be too short handed to get stock out. And when ordering a yarn that is in stock online they cancel the order instead of checking their backstock.

You can't expect much out of a fabric store. But it's the only one in Santa Fe. So that's what makes it the best.

I liked my purchase but the check-out process was unprofessional. They did not have change; so, I went to my car to get some. When I came back the cashier was checking out someone else & that was time-consuming. I volunteered to use my credit card because the cashier said she did not have enough change to give me. I had the thought to just leave without buying anything but I chose not to do that because I wanted my item so badly.
