They usually have good prices, but if you order with your debit card instead of their credit card, they make it hard for you to return online orders. I ordered shoes that were never sent and tried to cancel the order. I was told to wait another week because they could not cancel or I could dispute with my bank. No more orders from Kohl's for me.

Kohls is the kind of place where you must be a smart shopper. Most of the non-sale prices will send you to the poor house. Sale prices are sometimes quite good. If you are on the coupon mailing list and have a Kohls card, the deals can be remarkable. The selection at this Kohls is very weak, so supplement with stores in ABQ.

Kohl’s Store 1141 Santa Fe, New Mexico
I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Kohl’s department store in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and I want to commend two exceptional employees: Stephanie and Carmen.
**Stephanie (Cashier)**
Stephanie was incredibly efficient and friendly during the checkout process. She greeted me with a warm smile and handled my transactions swiftly, ensuring that I didn't have to wait long. Stephanie’s attention to detail was evident as she carefully scanned my items and applied the appropriate discounts and promotions. Her positive attitude and professionalism made my shopping experience delightful.
**Carmen (Sales Associate)**
Carmen was extremely helpful on the sales floor. When I needed assistance finding specific items, she went out of her way to guide me through the store and even offered recommendations based on my preferences. Carmen's knowledge of the store layout and the products was impressive, and her friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.
Both Stephanie and Carmen exemplify excellent customer service, and they contributed to making my visit to Kohl’s a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for great service and a friendly shopping atmosphere.

This is my goto place in Santa Fe for clothes and products for the home. They have great discounts if you carry their credit card and then with the Kohl's cash, shopping there is a great value.
