I was on a hunting trip from Texas when my diesel Range Rover started putting me in low power mode. The closest dealer was Santa Fe and I'm sure glad it was because these guys had it diagnosed in 30 mins and had the part ordered next day air and I was on the road the next day by noon!! Stellar performance. Everyone is very professional and go way out of their way to help. Eric who runs the service department is top notch and hands on. I wish I lived closer I'd never buy a rover anywhere else.

I am very disappointed in the sales department in Albuquerque on Alameda. I recommend dealing with the Santa Fe dealership. It's totally worth the distance versus Albuquerque. I was blown off and lost out on probably purchasing a vehicle in Albuquerque. By the time I reached out to Santa Fe it was too late. At least they followed up with me and treated me with respect. I wouldn't avoid the organization just the location (Albuquerque) Go to Santa Fe and ask for Chrissy.

The manager here purposely obstructed the warranty process, working with Land Rover North America to delay the review of my claim until it was outside my warranty period, even though Ive been attempting to get this issue addressed for well over a year now.AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. They delete negative reviews on other platforms and do not act in the customers best interests.

We have had our 2004 Range Rover at Land Rover Santa Fe for 3 months now waiting for them to address the problem. We go in periodically to talk to the team and they shrug their shoulders and say they're still waiting on parts. Our beloved truck is sitting in the furtherest corner of the back lot, seemingly forgotten. As longtime Land Rover enthusiast, We're discovering that the care once given to up keep these vehicles is no longer available in Santa Fe. It feels like an era is over. We'll be talking with the general manager and hopefully something will transpire, but bottom line the days of owning vintage rovers are over in this town. It's heartbreaking. I question whether buying new rover is worth it given the service or feeling of disregard so far. As a brown women(+family) here in town I also can't help but question some bias. Hopefully that's only my imagination. I'll keep people posted. I really don't want others to experience what we are going through.

Horrible sales team and manager. Stayed til after closing,we're tired,said we wanted to purchase the Land Rover and all agreed we would, so set an appointment for following morning at opening to write contract. We showed up and they stated the car had sold later that evening. When I asked why they did that, and the response was we are in the business of selling cars. Total lack of professionalism. Not even a phone call telling us not to drive into town. Sad

I received the best service ever when I bought my new Defender. I am very impressed with the entire team at Santa Fe Land Rover. They are responsive and will go the extra mile. I was especially happy with Eric in the service dept with organizing the ordering of my roof rack and other accessories and getting them on my car before I was leaving for a trip. Juan in the service dept is also amazing he did a great job on my car. Highly recommended for both purchase of a new vehicle and service!

We were driving cross country and the low coolant alert came on our Range Rover. With no appointment, we pulled into the LR Service lane and they topped up our coolant and checked all other levels for us. We were back on the road within 30 minutes. Excellent, fast, and professional service. Thank you!

First class operation! The easiest car buying experience I have ever had...The salesman was attentive and directed me to an outstanding vehicle. The financing with straightforward easy and quick and the overall experience was very good. My first service call is tomorrow and I expect good things from that as well
