i had started taking my car there after buy it i thought they were doing a good job however everytime i took it in for oil change something was wrong with my car in a year i paid them over 5000 dollars however they recently fixed my front differential i took it to a new place for an oil change and they let me know my front differential was leaking i said no it was just fixed and they stated it was leaking alot and didnt look like it had ever been fiked then asked who did my last oil change i said lexus why they stated the cap was not put on right so i was leaking oil to and they stated oil was spilled all over ( there comment was looked like a little kid changed your oil ) so becareful they are very dishonest i called them they stated they hadnt fixed it since may of last year but i have all my receipts and this is far from over!

We were highly satisfied with our recent service appointment at Lexus Santa Fe. Brandon was informative, polite, and he and his colleagues kept us apprised of the progress on our car. How we are treated by dealers’ service departments plays a significant role in which cars we decide to purchase. Lexus Santa Fe service department staff continually exceeds our expectations.

I just picked up my car from the service department for many repairs that were required on my 2017 Lexus IS - usual wear and tear. Special thanks to Brandon who was very helpful from the beginning. Making sure I understood the breakdown of the repairs and ensuring I would receive a loaner during the repairs. Thank you also to Kevin who went out of his way to help as much as he could with the cost of certain repairs keeping me in the loop of what was going on and also ensuring a loaner vehicle would be provided during the down time of my car. To Josh and Adrian who were also there for me when I was indecisive about the next steps to take, whether to repair my car or look into a new one which was exciting, but, I really do love my car and they helped aid in my decision to make the repairs. Shout out to the techs who did all the work I wish I could name you all - thank you so much for your hard work and efforts to getting my car in top notch and taking great care of her. I appreciate you! Since being a Lexus owner I’ve had nothing but great experiences while servicing my car at Lexus of Santa Fe. The staff is always awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and make me feel welcome at each visit. Thanks again! This dealership and it's staff are without question, the most delightful, professional, fun, and extremely informative team I have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Jarvis Newman, Mr. Vincent Mora, Mr. Adrian Nevarez, and Ms. Janessa Trujillo were the direct staff I had the pleasure of working with. Everything from the legal paperwork down to helping me connect my phone and taking the time to show me all the awesome options my purchase had. I felt amazed how much effort they took before I left. Sunroof exploded one morning driving to work. Took it to the dealership and they got it replaced under warranty. Great service with Brandon our service representative. I would recommend Lexus of Santa Fe service for your Lexus or Toyota. DM

I am a fair person but Lexus of Santa Fe has pushed me too fair. As a result I would not recommend making any purchase from Lexus of Santa Fe.I purchased a used 2020 Porsche Macan on March 9, 2023, from Lexus of Santa Fe, a Group1 Auto dealership.At the time I purchased, I asked how much factory warranty was left and I was told by the Finance Manager there was no warranty left. I was then sold a $6800 warranty.When I first received the warranty, it had terms that were different than agreed. I called the general sales mgr., who was very nice and admitted the mix up in terms was their mistake and said a new warranty would be sent.In the interim, I took the car to the Porsche dealership for general service (six weeks after the above call to General Sales Manager- I still did not have the updated warranty as promised) and was told that at the time I purchased the car it had 22 months of factory warranty.I immediately called General Sales Manager (GSM) and told him I never received the new warranty. He seemed surprised. I then shared I was misled by Finance Mgr. in to buying the warranty and I no longer wanted the warranty.The GSM told me that cancelling the warranty was no problem and that he would get the ball rolling for me. This conversation was over three months ago and nothing has materialized.I’ve been told the money was sent when it wasn’t and today after about ten emails back and forth with the General Sales Manager, I still have no check for $6800.Better yet, the General Sales Manager told me today 7/27/23 that he is sorry but there is nothing else he can do.Nothing else he can do? DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP!

Went in with a nail in my tire. They said it couldn't be fixed and a replacement would cost $550 or a substitute at $365. Tires had 3,000 miles of wear. Took it down the street to Discount Tire and they fixed it for no charge.
