I was visiting Santa Fe for the week and realized I left the connector for my mask to the cpap hose at home. The staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to find the part I was missing to ensure I could use my device. While it can be frustrating to deal with the corporate call center for Lincare, the folks at the location are very helpful and worth going to.

Never got calls back when starting off with cpap. No support at all. Even getting supplies was a hassle. When they would send the supplies they were wrong. Will never utilize them again

I have been searching for a replacement supplier for several months and finally came across Lincare here in Santa Fe. Jessica was the most professional and diligent Respiratory Therapist in the entire area of Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. Thanks for having her as part of your staff.

They used to be a really good and dependable service for my BiPap supply needs pre Covid-19. They’ve unfortunately went downhill when Covid-19 hit early this year. They lost my records in their computer system. They would constantly promise supplies that they couldn’t stock. The equipment professional Jessica was once nice pre Covid, but turned mean and nasty. I couldn’t endure this sudden change from great to very poor service, so I had to unfortunately leave. I went to a much better service americarecpap.com
