The pedicure I’ve had in NM by far! I didn’t have an appointment but was able to walk in. The gentleman who did my pedicure was very meticulous and made sure I was happy with the cut, shape and color of my toes. He did a wonderful job.

Needed somewhere quick on my lunch break and nearby my office. I called at 10 am for a 12 pm appointment and was seated right away when I arrived. I would recommend making an appointment because all the technicians were busy and there were several people who were walk in's and still waiting when I finished. I got a regular pedicure with Tina and she did a great job and was very gentle with the tools. Great atmosphere, I'll be back!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Went to get a pedi and mani because my regular nail tech was on vacation. Let the lady know I had a small ingrown toenail, (my normal tech takes care of no issue) she offered to remove it so of course I said yes, BIG MISTAKE. Not only did she cut thr he'll oit of my toes but the nail is still there and infected bad! On top of it all they did a very bad job on both my toes and nails. They are cut crooked, nail polish was applied so messy it had bubbles and bumps and it is already coming off after only 2 days! I was charged $118.00 not including the tip they expected 😑. Avoid this place at all cost even if your desperate.

The first tech started to cut my toenails and they looked like they had been bitten and too short! Just horrible!
The second tech was better but left my toenails all different lengths.
They expect you to walk barefoot on the floor after a pedi.
They are nice but service is not great.

My granddaughter and I both had pedicures done there. Staff was rude and unprofessional. My pedicure lasted maybe 15 minutes, my granddaughter moved during her nails being polished and the lady doing her nails got so mad, it looked like she wanted to hit her. My granddaughter now has an ingrown toenail. Worst way to spend $81.... DON'T GO TO THIS NAIL PLACE!!!!

My wife had a terrible experience today- from start to finish! She was greeted with complete unfriendliness and then experienced a completely subpar service. She wanted to have her nails buffed (which costs $5 extra), and the technician audibly scoffed at her for asking her to buff a bit more and continued to be rude and almost abusvie in slapping her legs to love. We have been to this business before-NEVER AGAIN.

Wow it's taken me so long to find a salon that does beautiful acrylics. I wanted short, almond shaped nails with a sheer pink neutral color and got exactly what I was expecting. Idk the name of the lady who did my nails but she paid so much attention to the shape, my cuticles, and the smoothness of the polish and filing. Deff coming back.

I walked into this Salon on Cordova Road after my hair appointment did not work out in the same outdoor mall. I was pleasantly greeted and was able to have a gel French Maincure done immediately by Kim. I highly recommend her!! Thank you so much Kim!!
Requested style: I requested a French Manicure, and I received a beautiful gel French Manicure.
Cleanliness: The salon was clean and welcoming.
Stylist: Kim was amazing. I had never had a gel manicure before, and Kim recommended it. It was certainly worth it. It dried almost immediately.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! Everything about my mani was awful... for starters, the woman who was doing it was completely rude - she kept pulling in my arm and huffing. My nails looked awful from the get-go (as if they water down the polish because they’re completely see though), not to mention, they started chipping the next day! Some of my nails were crooked! I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go here!

I came in for a simple fill at a quarter till 6 on Thursday evening and waited until a quarter of 7 while I watched the male technician, clean the floors and each station and the back of the house and never even came. My scoliosis only gives me so much stamina toward the end of the day.So maybe it was my mistake overshooting my physical capabilities. The female technician before did a fantastic job on my nails.So I wanted to go back and felt it was worth a little wait.

HORRIBLE!!!! Literally do not go here! I wish this place will go out of business. I went in to get a gel manicure and the very next day my nails started to peel. I worked that whole week so I couldn’t go back in, but I went the following weekend and when I asked for a refund she literally refused me. She told me it was my fault and she would not give me a refund. I responded with “it’s my fault I’m a working person and didn’t have time to come in to get them fixed????” She continued to keep saying it was my fault. Do not go here.

Worst pedicure ever, and I am 50, so that is saying a lot! And such a weird experience. I have been to Linda's once before & thought it was one of the better nail salons I've been to in Santa Fe, but my experience tonight was boggling The nail technician LT barely greeted me & made it clear she was annoyed she had to do my nails. She removed my gel with force & fury - it was actually painful! And then proceeded to "rip" through my manicure - hacking away at my cuticles, cutting my nails crooked & filing them like they were bricks blocking her way out of prison! They were so uneven I had to take the file & try to fix them before she splashed on the paint. It was so unnerving, unsettling & not relaxing! Again, I had a good experience there before, so don't know if LT is just maxed out, or? I would like a refund for this wasted invaluable hour of my time & assault to the senses!

HORRIBLE!!!! Literally do NOT go to this place! Got a gel manicure and literally the very next day they chipped and peeled. When I went in I was told it was MY fault that I didn't come in to get them redone. I explained I work everyday and that was my only day to come in to get them done. But because I work, it's my fault. She refused to give me a refund and kept telling me it's all my fault. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

I went to get a gel manicure for my birthday. The experience was far from pleasant as the nail tech was very agressive and rushed through the service. The gel wasn't properly set either. One day after the top layer of gel peeled off several nails and the gel underneath was still wet. Now, one week on, multiple nails have had the gel completely peel off. If I'm paying to have my nails done ( which is a rare treat for me) then I expect the manicure to last longer than a day. I have regular polish manicures I do at home be higher quality and last longer than this.
