Worst service I've ever experienced. Taking my nail polish off in the sitting area and habing to move 3 times !!!! Playing hot potato with me. More upset how I was in pain every single finger putting so much acrylic where it was all over my palm then using the electric nail file on my palm to take it off. My nails are so messed up being placed over my cuticle.

I typically come to this salon if I am in a hurry because they can usually get me in and out pretty quick. I had a gel pedicure and a manicure with no polish and was in and out in 35 minutes. This was quick, but…..the service was not great. She probably only spent 5-10 minutes on my hands: she worked on cuticles for maybe a minute so I still needed to do some cleanup. The color on the pedicure was fine. However, the foot massage was probably 30 seconds with no hot towel or extras. If you are in a hurry, give them a try but don’t expect much.

Never again. Told me 50 for my nails but on the price list it has 39.99 for full set with gel. Also was very rough and cut off all my real nails without my permission. Very disappointing

I ran into this Linda's Nails because the one I had been to recently was inexplicably closed for the day, and my gel nails were looking really terrible. I just wanted to have them taken off and a plain manicure done, as I didn't have time for a full gel set. The male manager started the process, then handed me off to a woman, who TALKED ON THE PHONE the entire time she did my nails, only occasionally stopping to ask me how I wanted certain things done. When I left, the surface of my nails was pebbly--like she'd rushed the process and not allowed layers to dry--and my nails themselves were irregularly cut. AND she was extremely rough with my hands as she used one of those columnar-shaped files. And frankly, the place looked dirty. The acrylic Covid screens had not been cleaned since--well, probably since they were installed. The surfaces were dirty, too. I do not recommend this business. (To be fair, the other Linda's Nails I have gone to was clean, the people were polite, and I got a decent gel manicure.)

Someone needs to report this place. It's beyond disgusting. They don't sanitize anything between clients. They did my nails and screwed them up along with my daughters all fell off the next day. Went back to ask for refund and the rest of the 2 nails removed and they act like they dont understand the word refund !!! They run there mouths about there clients. There so unprofessional!!! Not even at that they rush and cut your hands and feet with no care in the world

These people treat you with such poor customer service, I simply asked for a French tip no acrylic or anything just gel and instead I got one solid color, after I explained that wasn’t what I had asked for she refused to fix it and we’re being very rude. I would not recomend anyone coming here.

This place is not friendly. Nobody say hi or good morning. It's not clean , you be careful to make sure everything is sanitary. They use that same utensils few times for padicure. The place looks very dirty.

Worst pedicure ever, and I am 50, so that is saying a lot! And such a weird experience. I have been to Linda's once before & thought it was one of the better nail salons I've been to in Santa Fe, but my experience tonight was boggling The nail technician LT barely greeted me & made it clear she was annoyed she had to do my nails. She removed my gel with force & fury - it was actually painful! And then proceeded to "rip" through my manicure - hacking away at my cuticles, cutting my nails crooked & filing them like they were bricks blocking her way out of prison! They were so uneven I had to take the file & try to fix them before she splashed on the paint. It was so unnerving, unsettling & not relaxing! Again, I had a good experience there before, so don't know if LT is just maxed out, or? I would like a refund for this wasted invaluable hour of my time & assault to the senses!

HORRIBLE!!!! Literally do NOT go to this place! Got a gel manicure and literally the very next day they chipped and peeled. When I went in I was told it was MY fault that I didn't come in to get them redone. I explained I work everyday and that was my only day to come in to get them done. But because I work, it's my fault. She refused to give me a refund and kept telling me it's all my fault. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

As a former nail tech I’ve witnessed so many violations at this salon. Unfortunately I stayed throughout the entire service and regretted it. This business did not use one sterilized tool including the cuticle nippers and a nail clipper that were pulled out from somewhere. The water bowl was also not sanitized nor covered in plastic. They also used an unlabeled dish soap bottle with what appeared as a soapy liquid inside to scrub my feet and my cuticles. The nail tech did not listen to my desired request and continued to cut my nails to her liking as well cut my skin with a nail file. Last but not least the customer service was extremely poor, as I watched an elderly lady be treated so awful by another nail tech. This place needs to be shut down immediately or seriously fined as this so unacceptable.

Fastest pedicure of my life, place is dirty, never used a file on my nails, left them oddly shaped and polish was sloppy and fast. I have polish all around my nail and bottom of my toes. Towels scratch like they've never met any kind of softener. No liners on foot tubs. Walls and stations are filthy. I'm honestly scared of fungus after this experience.

They ruined my nails! My cuticles are cut and bleeding! I will never go back and I do not recommend Carlos and Nini in Santa Fe.
