**UPDATE: we have been waiting over the allotment of time they specified for a check to come in the mail for the lifetime oil change since they *actually* took back the car. When I went back over a week ago to get an UPDATE they *forgot* to even run it through to send us the check. They said it would be fast. This is sure a new definition of *fast*. LITHIA is negligent to their customers, and actively goes through lengths to avoid giving our money back.** I would give this company above all others a zero star if I could. They have been dragging their feet for MONTHS. Folks, WARNING, please read the reviews. I have had a horrible experience with this company, as many others. We especially had problems with our salesman, Mark Naranjo. I don't understand based on the reviews, and many not having good luck with Mark, they haven't let him go. Not even a day after buying my car from them, it started to have systemtematic electrical failures. Mind you this car looks brand new, at about 6 years old, with suspiciously low mileage, but Mark assured me that I was getting a great deal. I don't consider a car that cannot lock, in great condition or a good deal.I signed all the papers, and started having issues. I first came in the next day mentioning the tire pressure service light. I was reasonable, I indicated that the system couldn't read the pressure. They blew me off, technician told me it was just low tire pressure, when in fact, it was a more widespread issue.I tried calling them several times a day later, and I was told that even though my car could not LOCK, they could not get me in until next month. Major red flag. When I asked for accommodations, they gave me no answer. I tried calling the managers in both sales and service, and none would speak directly to me, and I never did hear back from them.I do not trust the integrity of this company, nor rely on them to provide me with a safe vehicle. They lied to me, sold me a car they're licensed with, riddled with issues. They didn't do a proper work up on the car to indicate any issues that needed resolving. I have had first-hand experience with cars, not being up to specs and survived a major injury due to another company's negligence for safety protocols. I'm not willing to take a chance with my safety again. When I go to a dealership, I want to be able to trust that they are selling me a properly working vehicle, and that's why I choose them over others.It wasn't until my partner, went in to see them directly, did we finally make some headway. At first, they were reluctant to take the car back and fix it, but as per state law we will see if they follow through with THIS promise. Based on my experience, you should not give this company a chance. And based on this and my major injury, I cannot trust a company that doesn't prioritize their consumers' safety. Save yourself the trouble, the amassed 1-star reviews, should speak for themselves.

UPDATE: Today my wife and I made another visit after receiving a call from sales manager David. He arranged a visit with salesperson Jessica, who was just wonderful in every way. We purchased a 2024 Jeep Rubicon at a great price. Jessica took her time and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed. This is how the purchasing experience should always be. Visit them and have David or Richard set you up with one of their great salespersons. In a prior visit, we dealt with Gilbert, who reminded us that he didn't get paid by the hour, and refused our request to take a test ride of a vehicle similar but not exactly what we were looking for unless we could provide some assurance that we would "most likely" purchase the vehicle. Salesmanship 101: Always cultivate your customer. If they don't buy today, treat them well and they may come back and purchase another time. Cultivating a customer should always be "worth your time". Fortunately, David called me the next day, on speakerphone with another manager and a few others to apologize for Gilbert's treatment of us, and assured us that this is not how their salespersons are trained to treat customers. I'm so glad David called and remedied the situation. David was sincere. You could tell he was genuinely concerned, not just due to my original review. The dealership, David and Jessica have my respect and have earned a loyal customer. Today was a win-win day.

I honestly thought this was a name to trust because I have purchased before, but in a different state. Boy, was I wrong!!! I purchased a pre owned vehicle less than 6 months ago, and I'm having so many issues. I have to replace so much on this vehicle...Motor mounts need replacing, rotors too, and suspension as well. Transmission issues and flush didn't help. My plan was to have a reliable family vehicle. Instead, this thing became an expensive "Grocer Getter" and cannot be trusted with my 3 year old. Learn from my mistake.

That's unbelievable that you can't find a record of me as a customer Richard, since Robert at Lithia texted me about my car breaking down AGAIN and me being stranded. When I replied, I never got a response. And Lithia managed to argue I should still pay the full amount it charged me on my credit card even though it fixed nothing and actually broke a hose in addition to that.

Lithia is the worst dealership in town every time I go in for a oil change the mechanics spill oil in my skid plate 2018 tacomaSo I have been taking it off for them 4 bolts easyThe next time I forgot same thing happened oil all over my skid plateSept 13 2023 went in for oil change dropped off at 10am 11 no call saying my trucks ready12 nothing I called service no answer I called again no answer I called parts to see if anyone can help me no answer in parts which I have always had a hard time getting ahold of even when you at the counterI went to Lithia after 4 hours for a oil change I walk up to Kayla the ask where's my truck and Kayla instantly gave me attitudeTold me to calm down let me explain of course I m up set again Kayla said the oil filter case broke and we had to get it from out of town why didn't you Kayla call me too tell me there was a problem and it would take longer then she was so rude like it was my faultI tried to call several time why don't you answer your phoneMore rude behavior from Kayla you are the rudest person I have ever came across in a business"Oh you want to talk to my manager to tell him I have gave you scrappy service "I said no if you act like this then its your manager that the problem tooKayla printed my paper work tossed my keys on the counterNot saying a wordI look at Kayla umm is that it"There's your keys "I said "WOW" Still gonna be rude and unprofessionalThis is how I got my truck back from the certified mechanics of LithiaI will be asking for my money back and not continue my life time oil change with LithiaWhy are you hanging on my bumper and D rings if your working under my truck almost seem like haters and not have the common courtesy to wipe the excess oil off my painted bumper if my paint peels off ever one know oil on your paint is not good

This used to be a great dealership but has really gone downhill the past year in terms of service. Like waiting for 3 hours for an express service oil change and totally ruining my busy day. Ordering parts for my wrangler that take months to come in. Coming in for service and after sitting in waiting room for 2-3 hours they tell you that the part isn’t in. Going elsewhere in the future, there are plenty of other places to buy and service a Wrangler that care about their loyal customers.

I scheduled my jeep for maintenance issues. I had to wait 3 weeks before they could see it. I left my jeep overnight for 2 days and was never contacted by anyone to get an update on my jeep. I went to get it and hopefully it was fixed. But NO, they hadn't even seen it, had been there but they didn't even see it. What a shame, disgusting and disappointed day with Lithia. Called Albuquerque Jeep and maybe they can do better.

Terrible communication and vehicle problems. I purchased a used car just over a week ago from Lithia with a 60 day dealer guarantee. Within 1 day of purchase the check engine and other warning lights had come on. Brought my car to the Lithia service department who agreed to take a look. This was a week ago, and since then the service department have not contacted me. When I called them, they said they had sent the car to another dealer down the road. Lithia are not giving me any information about when I can get my car back. When I called the other dealer, they said they quoted Lithia 2 weeks before the car can be even be looked at, let alone fixed. Meanwhile I have no car and Lithia are refusing me a hire vehicle. I had the car for *one day* before it went wrong!

Bought a car here a couple of years ago and the process was smooth, simple, and fairly quick, which is all you can ask for when buying a vehicle. I often stop in to cruise through the lot and check out Jeeps with my gf, and we are never harassed or pressured. It's fantastic to be able to look at cars at a dealership for as long as I'd like without feeling stalked by salespeople. Thanks, guys!

I had an issue with my vehicle and had no appointment but the service advisor that answered my call was Victor and he was able to squeeze me into a slot and in no time they are able to resolved the issue. Not only that Victor helped figure out the issue but explained it and broke down what the issue was and how to fix it. As a female I feel that I learned and was educated and I felt heard and listened to. It’s hard out there as a female to take your vehicle to a trusted agent since more technicians will try to sell you unnecessary service. I definitely would recommend you to call and get Victor to service your car because he definitely is a genuine advisor that will get you going back into the road with your vehicle. You can definitely tell he is a family man and knows this town and the community he serves.

The best customer service ever! So, my check engine came on. I gave Lithia of Santa Fe a call and asked if it was possible to bring in my car, despite not having an appointment, Victor from the service department said it was no problem! Upon arrival to the service garage, they were able to tell me what was wrong. He got it fixed in no time! I guess our ram needed a computer update on the pcm. Overall great experience, easy, and friendly. I recommend Víctor for all your car needs or troubles! Will be coming back??

Brought my vehicle in for a service scheduled appointment. The Lithia shuttle was able to drop me off and pick me up well my vehicle was being serviced. Thank You Victor in the Service Department for being so kind and professional and having my vehicle in and out the same day.

I have a Winnebago Travato on a Dodge Chassis. I was traveling and the power steering warning light came on. I was camping in Santa Fe for a few days and brought my van to Lithia. Robert (service advisor) said they do not work on camper vans but he would try to find out what error code was happening. After about an hour and no success (with help from MANY people), it was determined there was a communication problem with my van and their main system which was also having issues. They suggested for me to come back the next day and try again. I came back, was greeted as if I was a long time customer and "all hands on deck" to resolve my problem - which again was not something they normally handle. Finally, Rich the general manager, along with other service advisors, including Robert, got the error codes cleared and the problem disappeared. NO CHARGE. Who does that???? I had a long journey ahead the next day and to have the relief that my van was okay is priceless - and so is every member of their service staff. I cannot thank them enough. I came in as a stranger traveling through town and left feeling like I should have bought a car or something!! I hope everyone who encounters this dealership has the same experience.
