“Winston did an amazing job at being patient, friendly, and efficient. He listened to what we were looking for, showed us all of our options and explained the warranties. We were in and out in 30 minutes. He is personable and knowledgeable. Thank you for the 5 star service! This was at the Rockville Pike in MD location.”
“We were stressed about buying a new mattress, but Jeremy was super helpful and friendly and put as at ease! Excellent customer service and prices. Thanks Jeremy, you’re the best! :)”
“Great store, great people! Local NM family owned and run business. Top quality natural, organic bedding. My family has slept on futons and mattresses, with pillows, sheets, and comforters all from Sachi for the past 10+ years. Everything has been excellent quality—good for our sleep and good for our health.”
“This is a wonderful store. Even though it's a store that focuses on luxury products, there are still some more affordable ones. I went here looking for a topper and the staff was extremely helpful. She let me try every topper with a mattress and pillow similar to my own. I've now had my new topper for over a month and love it.”
“Love the Sleep Number beds! Adjustable support and active cooling…going to be awesome. Gerry and Chris were great to work with and very patient as we tried a few different beds and went back and forth multiple times to make sure we got the one that was best for us. Great experience.”
