“Adorable vintage shop tucked away off Canyon Rd. The owner is so sweet and they have a well-curated collection of items. I found a beautiful set of Zuni turquoise earrings that are unique and will be a great reminder of my time in Santa Fe; plus I am happy to support a small family owned business selling authentic quality crafts, as opposed to purchasing the obviously mass-produced jewelry of questionable origin that can be found in some shops near the Plaza.”

“TLDR: Super helpful and friendly staff, great prices, and great quality items.
I was looking for a blazer, pants and shirt for an upcoming wedding when I came across Lancaster York. Out of the gate, Arik offered to do my measurements free of charge, just to help me out with my search. He was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding every aspect of men's apparel, and he never hesitated to answer my questionz or hear out my concerns. While Lancaster York does not do clothing rentals, I ultimately decided to buy the clothes from them. Their prices are comparable to what renting the same clothes would cost from similar shops in the area. Overall, Arik at Lancaster York provided me with everything I asked and more, and all at a good price too. I definitely will be coming back for any of my formal clothing needs. Thank you!”
“Loved this shop. All the pieces they had in this shop are unique. They have one of a kind pieces that are worth having in your closet! Everything in here is highly curated. You won’t be disappointed stopping by.”
“There are excellent gift opportunities for both guests and locals to wear a piece of Santa Fe. Carissa is very courteous and helpful, and I had the chance to meet Eric, who runs a business right next to my home. He is personable in both business and as a neighbor.”
“What a great store and even better that it is locally owned and operated. I always have a great experience at SFTO and always appreciate stopping in to see what they have new on the racks. Chris and Nick are super helpful and actually helped me find a specific product from Hestra that was not in store. Thank you guys. Looking forward to my next visit.”
“Drove up from Albuquerque and had lunch on President's Day. As many times that we have dined in Santa Fe, surprised this was just our first time to Santacafe. Will definitely being go back, as everything was excellent, service was great, and reasonably priced. The cocktails were excellent, we enjoyed the pasta special and Christmas burger for entree, and the chocolate desert was amazing!”
“Due to the snow, I had the whole store to myself with two people helping me. I looked at about a dozen shoes and came home with three pairs very much. Enjoyed the experience.”
“This store has lots of variety and very cute attire. Terri had a welcoming personality and was kind and patient even when my toddler wanted to touch everything. I also VERY unintentionally joined the Stanley cup club!!!!! I never ever thought I’d be that gal.. so weird!! Lol”
“Very cool little shop in the Baca Street arts district. Amazing variety of beautiful and unique clothing. Paloma, the owner was very helpful and friendly... a very cool lady. Highly recommended.”
“OMG! I love this Boutique. I live in CA and it's a must when I visit my in laws. My MIL and I have visited the other consignment stores in town and they are so snotty and unpleasant! But not ART.I.FACT. Every single time we are greeted and talked to like we are valued. Whether I find a treasure or not, my MIL ALWAYS scores which makes me just as happy, the owner and her team is simply is delightful. I almost cried during my last visit due to their kindness. That shouldn't be the case. Shame on those other shop owners. All the Kudos belong to the ART.I.FACT team. Thank you. Looking forward to my next visit!”
“Awesome shoes and clothes for me and all my girl and guy friends! Even Peter Kaiser from Germany. A physicist has to look good when giving talks and at work. We are only here once!”
“I loved this boutique! I stopped on while visiting from MO and the staff helped me style my outfit to feel gorgeous. I could have spent hours playing dress up and the staff was so indulgent and game to play dress up! Sooo many interesting details in each garment and for the price I felt like it was fancy at a bargain.”
“A wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and personable and quick to get two items for me that were kind of a pain to remove from their perches despite knowing I wasn't sure about purchasing them, and then even watched my things for me so I could go look at the fit in the floor length mirrors. And, they then graciously stayed with my things even when I got super distracted along the way (sorry! There was just too much fabulousness to see!). I didn't check out any of the jewelry but I found many reasonably priced vintage clothing pieces and whoever curates what they feature in this store does an absolutely stellar job. This is one of my new favorite places to get into trouble.”
“This Store is incredible, my family and I, had a fantastic time looking through the selection of quality clothing and apparel. The southwestern vibe, while still having diversity is what I enjoyed most. I got myself a Stetson hat, A fantastic Bison Belt, and Many cool socks for the family! For a Fistful of Dollars will be my first stop next time we visit Santa Fe! Not to mention how pleasant and helpful the staff was!”
“These workers are awesome. It's of course a little expensive but the whole process is made better by the amazing and kind people they have working there. I definitely suggest going there you'll walk out happy and with great products.”
“The customer service at this Kohl's is great. I can easily shop here because of how organized and neat everything in the store is. Changing rooms are clean. I like the nice music they have while shopping it is extremely relaxing. Associates were nice and helpful. Very clean in store. There's nothing bad to say about it.”

“I am a collector of vintage cowboy boots and have gotten the most amazing deals at the Double Take. I wish everyone would stop whining about the prices on the Native American jewelry. The real, authentic Native jewelry IS expensive--everywhere, not just at this store. People should be glad they have somewhere to buy the real deal and not get riped off with fake turquoise that is so prevalent in the marketplace these days. Let's all be happy the Double Take exists!!!”
“We got chocolate from here.
Tasted the strawberry mojito at the store. You surely can taste the berry but it was a little too sweet.
The French dark was really nice. Felt like a combo of fudge and mousse but you can take the dark chocolate.
The lavender chamomile was fine. Extra taste of the chamomile. Lavender felt faint.
Saving the best for last, my absolute favorite and the absolute banger was the passion fruit mango chocolate. The sweetness of the mango was well balanced with the tartness of the passion fruit. I could eat a bunch of those for sure.”
“Jim is an amazing and outstanding employee. He goes above and beyond to make the whole shopping experience a great one. He always has a smile on his face. Jim also helped us out when we could not fit our outdoor chairs that we purchased in our vehicle Jim volunteered to meet us in albuquerque on his way home, asking for nothing in return. This is what true customer service is all about. Thanks Jim for being a great person. Everyone should strive to be this great.”
“Great breakfast! The staff are not to clear on some things. Like if you sit down they don’t bring you a menu or tell you to go inside to order. But once you get past that the breakfast burrito is worth the trip.”
“Read the reviews before I went and I expected horrible customer service. But other than the workers in the cowboy hat section looking miserable and glaring at us the whole time not saying anything, the customer service was great. We were greeted kindly and the cashier was very nice and helpful. Other than customer service, the store is AMAZING, it’s huge, clean, organized and such an amazing collection.”
“My family and I visited this store while walking around Santa Fe. We were so lucky to step into this amazing store. Everyone found some really beautiful things. There truly is something for everyone here. The quality of the clothing is unmatched. My husband wears everything he bought constantly. We will visit every time we are in town. The proprietor was so helpful and knowledgable. Love this place!”
