I love CVS. Their app, although an inconvenience to set up, offers great deals. The staff are always helpful. The inventory has a good selection.

bad experience: not as good as other CVS stores in the areaI scheduled my annual flu shot at this CVS store. When I checked in at the pharmacy the staff person told me that because it was "not covered by Medicare" I would have a $79 copay. This is false: Medicare covers one flu shot per flu season. I find it hard to believe that the pharmacy person did not know this. I will be getting my vaccinations at Walgreens from now on.

Only CVS pharmacy - only pharmacy - in Santa Fe consistently able to locate the electronic prescriptions sent by my physician. Staff has been consistently courteous and helpful even when obviously new. Lot of staff turn over,- seems typical in Santa Fe - still helpful, and generally cheerful.

NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS? REALLY? Poorly laid out. Wasted a day waiting for a prescription the PHARMACIST did not know was over the counter.

I started shopping at this store regularly in 2007 and I now never plan to go back. Today's visited yielded:1) no carts2) no hand baskets3) pharmacy closed today and tomorrow4) minute clinic permanently closed5) "cashier" made me check out at the self check-out stand because he was too busy doing some other chore6) The employees obviously didn't care about any of this

Very rude middle aged male staff member not wearing an appropriate CVS work shirt working 5pm 5-28-22 at the front. He was yelling at customers about how masks don’t work, not letting a customer use a regular check out when she asked and then complaining about the other customers loudly. Please look up this staff member working at this time and consider letting him go. Makes CVS look bad.

best CVS in santa fe. everyone working here seems like they’ve been at it for 10000 years as part of their eternal torture. or like they woke up today with no memory and a CVS name tag and they just went with it. there’s never anybody at the cash register. can’t recommend the experience enough.

I really do believe the staff is low and the pharmacists are overworked. There are a lot of Karens on here complaining about wait time and phones not being answered. Guys- there's a CVS website for more than half your problems. And every time I've gone there, the pharmacists are nice, answer all my questions, and treat me with respect. Have I had to wait long for a perscription? Yes. But I can just leave and come back for it. Today the guy helping me explained why my insurance wouldn't cover my meds, then proceeded to explain how I could fix it. Really patient. This CVS is good. And their makeup section is ALWAYS stocked.

I called today with a couple of questions about an rX and the pharmacy staff was friendly and my issue resolved in a timely manner. Both gentlemen I spoke with,Troy and Jim, were very helpful and clarified an issue I was confused about with one of my prescriptions being transferred. It took a couple of minutes of being on hold but people really should expect that when they call...I know they have a lot going on at the store. And I called during a busy time of day too.

Have them count out your meds -- in front of you -- when you pick up your prescription! This pharmacy shorted me 10 DAYS on my last prescription fill. I realized it later and, since this had never happened before, I assumed it was a simple mistake, so I called to have the issue rectified. However, after a week and a half of calling, leaving messages, and, finally, speaking to pharmacists Joel & Chris (on multiple occasions), I was told that because the label that they printed showed the full amount and their "inventory was not off", I was, in short, S.O.L. Since I had not asked them to count the tablets in front of me when I picked them up and paid for them (because who thinks to do that??), there was no proof otherwise. They also told my doc, who sent the script, the same. I, for one, will not use a CVS pharmacy again. Once a mistake of this sort is made, the patient has no recourse.Fellow patient, beware: at least two of the pharmacists at CVS Cordova are, at best, incompetent and, at worst, dishonest. Seen either way, it is fraud: both the patient, paying for a full prescription but receiving only a partial one, and CVS, whose supply is being pilfered, possibly for personal gain, are being defrauded by bad actors within the company.

BEWARE!!!! I came to this clinic for help with a little redness in my eye.The product I was prescribed made it swell with irritation, pain, 100% worse!! !I was HURT!! The PA just simply sighed, "Oh, pharmaceuticals"!!Then, I was charged almost $100! I was hoping she would take care of the bill or at least, half of it. I would have been better off just washing my eye until it healed on its own. Look at the COMPLAINTS against this company!!!!! 66% rate it 1 star!!! Go to a real Doctor! I gave her a chance to help me with this expense. I am a Sr. without retirement. I felt blamed for this reaction..What IS this Stuff? In living 70 years, I HAVE NEVER REACTED TO ANYTHING!!!: ALL MINOR PROCEDURES AND MAJOR SURGERIES.!!! I HAVE NO ALLERGIES!! This is bunk, it HARMED me! This "SELF-JUSTIFICAION" demonstrates low integrity and where's the competence?I know KARMA, "What is cast out, comes back to the point of origin".Christ said, "WATCH." Indeed.

CVS has a Minute Clinic inside two of their Santa Fe stores! Open every day. Very accessible. I like this new neighborhood health service and have used it several times for care and for answers to questions that I considered "minute" - when an Urgent Care / Emergency Room visit did not seem necessary. The PA/NP professional can take vital signs, diagnose, evaluate and advise about medications and supplements, vaccinate, provide follow up on a range of conditions, clean a wound, etc. They do sports physicals and employment physicals too. I'm glad I did not have to schedule appointments in my doctor's office for all those "little" things. Excellent care!
