I visited the Minute Clinic on Sunday at 14:00 with an appointment for (suspected) exposure to Covid-19. The dedicated, thorough and passionate service from Alice Sisneros, was way above my expectations. She absolutely adds great value to your very important medical establishment in Santa Fe.

I have been going to Alice Sisneros for over 20 years. She is extremely caring, compassionate and competent. She goes above and beyond to make sure she understands what is wrong and always has the appropriate treatment plan. Office is always extremely clean and organized. I won't go anywhere else.

Wife sick in bed, I’m sick call CVS minuteclinic call center and set up an appointment same day. I get to the clinicin Santa Fe and sign in at scheduled time 1pm appointment. The minute clinic door has the sign indicating a patient is with practitioner. I sign in after 15 minutes and then I walk to the Pharmacist and ask if minute clinic is open today, I knock on the minute clinic door, no answer. They said she’s probably with patient. Another 15 minutes and the clinic door opens and Alice comes out I try to explain and the sequence since I arrived. She proceeded to call me a liar, she said she came out of the office and no one was waiting during my time here. Then I told her I was provided an appointment by the call center which I confirmed prior to driving to the clinic. I asked her to check her log to she if she might have missed by appointment. She was argumentativeand wouldn’t allow me to speak. I explained the call center entered the wrong phone number so the appointment wasn’t coming up. I could tell this person with multiple reviews of rudeness and mean behavior to sick people like myself looking compassionate practitioner to take care of you are treated with bullying and saysI have no appointment and there no appointments the rest of the day. The minute call center told me they’re appointments available all afternoon she said “well they’re wrong”. Upset as I was sick only to find out later with Covid. I told her I’m going to write up a review with this poor example of customer service experience. She has the audacityto say “is that a threat, are you threatening me”. Folks after working in sales for 30+ years never have I ever dealt with this kind of behavior. As long as employers like CVS continue to keeppeople that clearly have character disorders and display this kind of behavior it’s understandable more and more people are choosing Tele-medicine rather the be harassed by dangerous employees.

I have now used this clinic at least a half a dozen times. Alice Cisneros has helped me four of those times. Very professional, informed, caring and calm. The other two nurses were just fine as well. I can't speak for those who have had bad experiences. But YES you want to make an appointment. Yes this is a small, affordable adjunct to a Pharmacy, not an upscale private clinic. They have surpassed my expectations.

We arrived ONE minute late for our appointment, in need of a strep test, and Ellis was extremely rude and unhelpful. She said our appointment had been canceled due to our late arrival of ONE minute, which was absolutely untrue. She was not willing to help us in the slightest, even though we still had 16 out of 20 minutes of appointment time left by the time we had attempted to signed in. Very disappointing, but what can I expect from a failing economy and dying society?

How is out possible for all appointments to be booked every day I’ve been over there several times to see how many people that go and I’ve not seen many at all.I’ve had better service in Arizona and I’ll do my business there.

Ridiculous! Waited for an hour. A The nurse was hiding from everyone and took whoever was closest to her door. She never called out names. My name was on the list and I was marked present and then it was taken off the list. I’m not sure why. I didn’t receive any texts or emails or phone calls and customers aren’t allowed to use the bathrooms. I was with my two small children. Minute clinic? Wasted an hour of my time.

Fantastic experience! I was able to easily make an appointment that morning and the medical professional was kind, helpful and thorough. I was given a prescription that I could then fill at the pharmacy next door along with recommendations for next steps. I'll definitely be using this service again.

I took my wife to be treated for an issue related to her pregnancy. Its a common issue that only required antibiotics. Alice was incredibly rude to my very pregnant wife, making her feel very bad and insinuating she did not take care of herself, which is the complete opposite of the truth. Very frustrating and terrible service. We use CVS, and generally we like the service we receive. She was hateful and judgmental.

I went to the minute clinic the other day on cerrillos road to get a test done. Alice i think her name was, was so rude to me she had a terrible attitude and was not friendly or nice at all. She starting critiquing me on my career choices saying if i wanted to go further i need a better degree cause I'm not going anywhere?? It's none of her business what i do with my career someone needs to tell her that. she works at a minute clinic she's not doing very well either. She also threw a fit in her chair when i told her that i wasn't able to come in at noon cause i worked and when i said i can she got even more mad. She just kept trying schedule me around herself instead of asking when i was available and got mad because i guess she didn't realize other people work too. It's an embarrassment to have a child working your minute clinic. She was rude and for now on i will be going to the other cvs clinics because at least they are nice and don't critique your career choices. Absolute worst service ever
