Museum of Indian Arts & Culture is a division of New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs. The museum is a premier repository of Native art and material culture that tells the stories of the people of the Southwest past and present. The museum's changing exhibitions, public lectures, education programs, and artist residencies provide cross-cultural education to visitors from across the state, country, and globe. The museum also takes great care in collaborating with and telling the stories of Tribal communities in our state and throughout the Southwest whose contemporary and ancestral cultures are represented in the museum's collections.
