Surprisingly easy Experience. The worker William made everything quick and easy, I recommend him if possible. Gotta make sure you get in as early as possible. The line was already formed 1 hour prior to opening. Which makes sense as they are pretty busy 90% of the time.

Express is a complete misnomer in the name of this organization. It is most inefficient with antiquated methods and not enough staff. I waited three hours to get my license renewed. Completely ridiculous.

Rude service from check in older lady with short peppered hair. Just awful . You are the first point of contact for your customers. She seriously should be in the back filing paper work with her miserable self away from people. I sat there for an hour listening to her horrible communication with people.

Late opening, no email or text notification, appointment is likely cancelled. Reminded yet again of how antiquated the MVD system is. If you see this consider an automated notification system for time/policy changes both on Google and your internal system.

Two years ago I came here and the service was great! Now it’s all young kids who are rude and don’t know anything and the service is terrible and it takes forever. I wouldn’t bother with this place anymore they have gone way down hill!

All the staff were super kind and helpful. You DO have to pay a fairly hefty fee, but I completely understand seeing it is a private office aimed at being faster.

i came in to receive a NM license and surrender my out of state license. at no point during the process did they tell me i needed to take a paid course in order to receive new license. before providing this information they voided my current drivers license and all the manager named marcos had to say was “just don’t buy alcohol.” this office is ran by unprofessional and inapt individuals.

Despite what some people might have written here the service here is great. I was really skeptical about the service due to some of the reviews. However, after stopping into the office and asking about what I needed to do they were pretty friendly and told me exactly what to do to make an appointment online and what I would need to provide for the appointment. The appointment took less than 30 mins and was the best experience I have had compared to going to the DMV. The office is bright, clean and easy going and the associate that help me was pretty clear they are a private business and have limited access to what they can and can’t do according to NM state regulations. Three of the staff members that helped me were pretty friendly as well. Thank you MVD Express.
