It takes weeks to get prescriptions filled and they always are out of stock of most common preventative medicines like asthma inhalers. Their customer service has taken a big downturn over the last six months - rudeness and unprofessional with customers. it's a shame to see a small business pharmacy doing so poorly. I just cannot recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Everything about this pharmacy has become worse over the last year. Wait times, turnaround times, having meds in stock…all have gone downhill. If you are a customer wanting to express those frustrations, don’t expect to get a pleasant or helpful response. Expect eye rolls and excuses. Bummer.

If you’re seeking a family friendly pharmacy your search is over. The staff treats you with respect. The second I walk in the door I’m greeted with, “Hello, Mrs. Alvarez” I get asked how my husband is doing and they show a real interest in my health. It’s very personable at this pharmacy which I enjoy much so. There are no 30 minute waits like the big box stores and their pharmacist Jason is always available to speak with you on any concerns you may have. I would highly recommend my local community pharmacy to all of Santa Fe!

Excellent service with compounded prescriptions. Even though the compounds are done in Los Alamos they bring them to the Santa Fe location the next day. Apparently they also have delivery but I just use the pick up option.

What should have been a very routine prescription seemed very difficult and unnecessarily time consuming.

What can I say --long waits, rude service, and no answers to basic questions. And after waiting the clerk asks for additional information and then just walks away without fulfilling the order. If you want a pharmacy with attitude go here!

I had a fractured tooth, and was in extreme pain. My dentist prescribed an antibiotic for the infection, and a painkiller. This was the day of a weird surprise snowstorm in Santa Fe that essentially shut down traffic downtown at our "rush hour" - it took nearly 30 minutes to drive what usually takes 5 through the storm. I made it to the store just before closing time. The pharmacist then informed me that although I had received a text indicating that my prescription was ready, and I had dangerously driven during a storm to access that prescription for my urgent condition, the pharmacist had only filled half the order. Apparently, he took it upon himself to disagree with my physician, and provided two different lies as to why he would not fill the prescription. So - if you need to depend on a pharmacy for reliable medical support - I would not recommend relying on Nambe Drugs in Santa Fe for anything other than Advil or chewing gum. The pharmacist's behavior was probably illegal, but at the very least incredible disrespectful to me, my safety, and my prescribing doctor.

Oy vey. I really wanted to support a local pharmacy. I called ahead with my scripts from *urgent care* to ensure: 1) whether they were in stock and 2) could be ready by closing. It was noon on a 90-degree day when I happened to be without a car, so this seemed like due diligence before trekking the 1+ mile, while sick, to hand them paper scripts (urgent care's e-script system was down). The staff who received my call "checked" on whether the three scripts were in stock. Affirmative on all three. Great! How about the timing? I'm sick and need to get these in my system today. Absolutely! "The latest we'll have them is 5 p.m. We close at 6." Fantastic! So I trekked to Nambe Pharmacy, sick, in the heat, only to be told: a) we don't have that one b) we can't take a paper script for the other one and c) these will definitely not be ready today. I'm thinking, "Sweet baby J. This is a joke, right? You told me 15 minutes ago something entirely different." I confirmed, this isn't what you shared with me 15 minutes ago. Then, the PA gaslit me with this whammy, "You sure you didn't call our Los Alamos location?" Got my phone out and showed her it was Santa Fe.I'm sympathetic to the crunch we're in for medical services and general services staffing. However, this was not a respectful interaction by any stretch of the measure. It was lazy and inconsiderate, at best.I might have sat in the 1970s pleather chair and cried for a bit before I got my bearings and GTFO back into the summer heat to hash out my back-up plan.I have a new slogan for Nambe Drugs, "Thank God for Walgreens."Bonus: The Walgreens pharmacist, not a PA, gave me a personal follow-up call to see how I was doing several days later. Night and day, my friends, night and day. I shalt not curse corporate pharmacies ever again. Thank you, Walgreens, for meeting needs in the Santa Fe community.

Santa Fe location is no longer the wonderful place it was ... I'm in shock really, in the hostility I recently experienced there ... believe me "Go somewhere else!". I'll save you anguish in the future ... between the Technician Angelica and the pharmacist Jason, good luck ... a volatile pair , for sure! I'd imagine the Los Alamos location hopefully would be better ... just listen to my words!!! Go elsewhere!!

Very helpful staff. Pharmacist was able to recommend a specific allergy med for the area and caution that it’s use will cause drowsiness if not accustomed to it. Now if they could only sort a solution to this respiratory illness I picked up at La Posada.

Friendly, efficient, reasonable prices. In this age of terrible Walgeens big box chain service, I forgot what a pleasure it can be to deal with a local pharmacy. I made an appointment yesterday at Santa Fe Walgreens on Cerrillos Rd for a flu shot that day and received 2 confirmation emails. When I arrived for my fly shot I was informed that their pharmacy was closed and they could not give me the flu shot. I walked into Nambe Drugs today for a prescription drug, saw a sign for flu shots, and got one immediately---with a nice smile. Strongly recomnend that locals request doctors to send scripts here.

In the time of the big box, it's so nice to have a real pharmacy with pharmacists who care and take the time to listen and help!
