I used to go here frequently but there is no public bathroom for customers. This is very inconvienent as I drive from outside of Santa Fe.Not an option NOT to bag your own groceries, employees will not help ( not sure if this is a policy) Sometimes hard to juggle bagging a larger amount of groceries and pay with other people waiting behind you.At this point I go here rarely to get a few items that I like.It is too bad I used to really like this store.

Do not ask "Bartin" vitamin Manager for help. You'll get helped by a bystander. 2nd time this has happened to me in this store. Makes me wonder if it's due to me being a Hispanic woman.

This is literally the only Natural Grocers I've ever been to that hates their customers and they've just lost business to every other National Grocers from me. They hate their customers so much they won't even use let them use the restroom. This store is the most pathetic store I've ever been to. And I won't be to another National Grocers either ever again

Coming from CO it’s shocking to see such a run down and depressing Natural Grocers. One of the entrances doesn’t work with a sign scrawled on it so you have to walk around to the other side of the building, the bathrooms are not open to the public, the store is always under stocked and the check out process is stressful and awkward as there are usually lines, the customer has to load the groceries on the conveyor and pack them at the same time facing forward which is uncomfortable as the next customer is called to start loading their items while you’re still struggling to get your stuff off the conveyor. If their prices weren’t better than the other markets and they didn’t have so much organic food, I would never go there again.

Security racially profiled me because of my turban. Embarrassing because I used to shop there always. Perhaps they feel I am no longer welcome…

When you aren’t being overcharged or double-charged, items don’t make it into your bag or box. It’s poorly run, poorly stocked half the time, and under-staffed. The people who work there - and I’m sorry but it’s just true - take way too much time gabbing with customers while a long line is forming or even if there are just a couple of people standing there who need to get on with their day (and there are never enough registers open) and are all just so distracted and not on top of things. Plus, the queue system just doesn’t make sense. And should I bag my own stuff or is the clerk going to help me this time? Can you not start ringing someone else up while I’m trying to get my stuff packed and their stuff is starting to pile into mine??? I give up on this place. I’m sorry, and I never do these reviews, but Natural Grocers, you need this feedback.

The worst NG I have ever been to... they are constantly under-stocked on dry goods, dairy, meats and produce is a disaster. And, if you ask for any assistance in finding a product, you get a very bad attitude from their miserable employees. Their bathrooms are locked, but that's most likely due to the fact that it's in a very bad area and they have a security guard (sitting in a chair and staring at their phone) when you walk in, which is just sketchy...the whole experience is just bad. Unfortunately, I think you need to just avoid this NG and just go around the corner to the Whole Foods. Hopefully corporate will just shut this one down. Sad.

Big shop, large selection, only trouble is they have signs that say no public restrooms... Which were public but they closed em... This is considered against ADA, and can also lead to corners having to clean up bodily fluids, which also puts them at risk...do better.

Very nice grocery store definitely stocked with all great items. We went there for chili powder and they had an assortment of it. I recommend if you are in need of some high-quality groceries.

It's a good choice if you are looking for organic food. This store has a good selection of vitamins and has everything for a person who likes to eat healthy.

I went into this store looking for arnica gel and had the misfortune of having an employee tell me to wait until she was free rather than just giving me directions to what I was looking for. As I was walking out the door I stopped to complain to an employee so that they could let the manager know how put off I was at being ignored when all this employee was doing was talking to another employee. This cashier by the name of Reuben stopped what he was doing and took me to where I needed to go personally. He then took me back up front and rang up my order all the while apologizing profusely for another employees actions. I let Ruben know that he is the reason that I will continue to shop at natural grocers rather than go somewhere else. I think it is important that employees learn about customer service and apply the 20/20 rule which dictates greeting the customer within 20 seconds or 20 feet, something that this other worker refused to do. Kudos Ruben!!

This is an outstanding natural foods and supplements store. Prices are very reasonable, the selection is great, and the staff just couldn't be better. It's easy to get in and out of the store in a timely fashion and there's plenty of parking. I appreciate the responsiveness of the staff when I call for information on supplements. You can tell that the employees work as a team and that they care about the customers.

They do not allow their customers to use the restrooms inside the store. So, if you are grocery shopping and need to use the bathroom, you have to leave and go elsewhere.

Randomly closed their bathrooms to the public and blamed corporate. Called corporate and they said thats not their policy but they still havent reopened them. What about the single mothers that change their babies daipers after grocery shopping?
