We had NMSurf come out to switch us from Windstream, & our tech Damian was great. explained the whole process & was very professional. the internet is so much faster now. so happy we went with NMSurf. love that they are local!!!

Andreas at NMSurf is a rock star ambassador for this internet service provider. Professional, courteous, responsive, patient, diligent, informative, customer focused... and not a hard sales-type, on the contrary, customer empathy, willing to take the time to explain the options and pros/cons of things, great follow up, incredibly thorough... Undoubtedly THE best customer experience I have ever had with an internet service provide. Light years ahead of the Comcasts, Verizon's AT&Ts of the world. NMSurf: make sure to make Andreas a happy camper in your ranks, he is a keeper ! Bravo Andreas !

I’m on my 3rd year with NM Surf and I’m very happy with this company. I have had times that my internet slowed down and the technical support people are very responsive and helpful and quickly resolved the problem. I highly recommend NM Surf for all your internet needs.

I wanted to wait a few months after having this internet. I live in Moriarty, New Mexico. The internet there was absolutely terrible! I've had NMSurf for 3 months and I could not be happier! We run six different devices at the same time and it runs amazing! It's way more affordable than StarLink and the install was amazing and the gentleman who did it was very professional. If you live in rural New Mexico in the east mountains I would definitely give them a try.

Decent satalite dish internet service especially if you live outside a city. It is expensive to start the service as they require you to pay a month in advance and buy/lease all equipment and you must sign a contract 12 to 24 months. It is expensive, initial investment is $300-$500 and my biggest complaint is once you are done with the service they will not buy back or take the dish back so you are stuck with it and it’s not usable with other services. Customer service is not very helpful and they make it difficult to and the service.

Was notified I was eligible for an upgrade. Worked with office staff to make arrangements. Damian came out to do the upgrade. Couldn't have had a better experience. Damian was professional, respectful and courteous. He even showed pictures after explaining everything. You do not see good hard workers in today's world. Damian is a top notch employee. Thanks Damian!

I really love the internet service I get from these guys, and also love that I get to support a local company instead of a big conglomerate. As other negative reviews will attest, the customer service from NMSurf leaves a lot to be desired. My contract ended in July and I was switched to the (much higher) month-to-month plan. I've already acknowledged to NM Surf that this was technically my fault as it was in the fine print of my agreement. Nonetheless, I don't feel it's unreasonable to have expected some kind of notification of the switch/higher billing amount, which I never received. When I asked about this/requested assurance I would be notified in the future the company representative was condescending, implied that I had probably just missed the email and proceeded to keep blaming me for not being up on all of my contract's fine print. And again, she was *technically* correct. I just expect a bit more humanity, compassion and flexibility--and a little less of a "gotcha with the fine print" attitude--from a small local company.

After getting the run around from Xfinity and knowing Centurylink would be nothing but problems, I found NM Surf via an online search. Glad I did. Great speeds for streaming two TV's, a laptop and cells. Minimal service interruptions and the customer service is actually local and very helpful. Pricing is fair as well. Happy customer.
