The Original Trading Post is a great shop for Santa Fe souvenirs and authentic Native American or Mexican wares. It is packed floor to ceiling with a huge selection, including jewelry, clothing, pottery, blankets, souvenirs, and inlaid knives. The authentic Native American jewelry comes with a certificate of authenticity, guaranteeing the real thing. The store has been in business for over 50 years from its historic building, and prices are appropriately priced. It is a very nice trading post with a great experience. The shop keeps love their store and are interested in telling visitors about their stuff. There is a great selection of turquoise jewelry of all kinds, and the staff is patient in showing items within a price range. It is impossible to walk away without a little something. Visitors can find excellent Native American artwork, chile spice mixes, and unique clothing. It is a great store to stock up on items and is highly recommended.
Joanna was so helpful! I have never had such touching customer service. She was informative and gave us all the tips that we needed as tourists in Santa Fe. Very knowledgeable on the store and showed us all the different collections. Beautiful pieces at every corner and reasonably priced! Can not wait to visit again!
