A special shout-out to store manager José for service above and beyond. Recently I requested a solvent that would remove white paint scraped across a door of my black SUV. A small job. After telling me what would work best, he said he actually had an open container. In a matter of minutes he'd taken a rag and wiped the paint clean. Made my week!”

“I am so pleased that a store in New Mexico is the distributor for these eco-friendly German made products. The staff helped me chose a clay paint color and made sure I knew how to apply it. They are no-nonsense, but friendly. Maybe that is what is off-putting to some customers.
A word about the clay paint - no special equipment is required. I applied it with a roller and found one coat was adequate on an already painted wall. I did need two coats on new drywall. CAUTION for chemically sensitive people - the paint had no odor when applying, but it did give me problems for over a month after. It does contain a minute amount of chemical preservative, but I think it may have been the alcohol. It was applied in wintertime, so I could not open a window. A fan helped a bit.”

“Eric managed the project quite well. He provided options for materials, described the installation process including timelines, and was flexible with when to start installation so my schedule could be accommodated. The requirements were to tear out the old laminate flooring and wall trim and replace with large format tile and new trim. I felt Eric's proposal costs were competitive. My only complaint is that the grout was delivered in a state not useable. Because reordering the same grout would have exceeded the time I had available for this project, a different grout was used. This was no fault of Coronado, Eric or the installer (Gabe).
Kudos to all involved! Great tradecraft provided by Gabe and his installation crew.”
