Will never be going here again. First, the “provider” would not originally do a Pap smear on me during my a yearly appointment because she thought I was too young, I am almost 30. Second, they were out of the tubes to collect blood for testing, so they sent me to another lab. I specifically asked if this would be an additional charge and was told no. I receive a $120 bill in the mail from the 3rd party lab that I was ensured I would not be charged extra for. Over the span of 2 weeks I called PP four times to discuss this false bill, every time I was told something different or transferred to someone who never answered the phone. I finally just decided to drive the hour into town to get the bill figured out. I was told the person who told me I wasn’t going to get charged gave me false information. So because THEY were out of the tubes and THEIR staff told me wrong, I have a $120 bill to pay. No thanks. Do better. This service is supposed to help women, not hinder.

I came for an IUD insertion. I was very nervous but it was a smooth process and every staff member was amazing to work with. I felt very comfortable and everything was explained to me in detail.

The portal doesn't work logging in, I brought this issue up to them. For reasons they pushed back my appointment a month after saying it's probably best like okay you couldn't ask this over the phone. They wanted me to go get lab work done and when I go to TriCore to get the work done I learned that they gave me the wrong patient paperwork and to know that someone else could see my paperwork if it got mixed up makes me feel like they don't take patient confidentiality and patient privacy seriously. The paperwork wasn't even around the same time so I don't see how they could have printed out the wrong going to hand it to me.

I've been to many planned parenthoods and have always been treated with excellent compassion and care. I visited this location at the start of July for a pap. Got a call at the end of July that I need a colpo, and I immediately went into a PTSD meltdown. My previous colpo was the most vile, sickening pain I've ever felt even though I lived with gallstones for ten years before my gallbladder went septic. My colpo was worse, I passed out and felt like I was actually going to die for an hour. The woman from planned parenthood who called me to give me this news sounded annoyed that I was upset and told me "your feelings are valid but most women don't react like this." I asked if she had any resources or info on places that offer sedation, and she told me no but I really should schedule soon because cancer is worse than a colpo. I called around and found Bosque in Albuquerque. Had an appointment there yesterday and they were HORRIFIED by this story. My nurse told me I was being gaslit and that it's extremely common for women to feel obscene pain from colpos and IUDs. The cervix is attached to the vagus nerve, after all. And Bosque offers sedation, and they're extremely compassionate about trauma and pain and understand that even potential cancer patients don't deserve actual torture. All the good that Planned Parenthood does and y'all can't acknowledge that the cervix has nerves with feeling and that there's entire support groups for survivors of colpos and IUDs with THOUDANDS of members. Absolutely awful and shame on whoever told me "my feelings are valid" over the worst medical trauma I've ever faced.

We had a horrible experience at this office in Santa Fe. Previous visit to the office in Albuquerque was all around a great experience. Trying to file a formal complaint against staff at Santa Fe office with little or no results.

All front staff was amazing! The Medical Assistant or Nurse was extremely nice and educated me on the different types of birth controls and there side effects. However the doctor Kathleen or Kathrin who removed my implant was extremely rude. I asked her simple questions and was rude about the answers amd was annoyed i was worried about getting my implant removed. I don't know who I can talk to for complaints about her.

While everyone here is incredibly nice and make me feel safe during the appointment, outside of that, the service is difficult. No one ever picks up the phone but will return calls after several hours or sometimes a day or two later, and they don't fax important paperwork in a timely manner so my first month's prescription delivery is often late no matter how early I made the appointment because the distributor never gets the paperwork on time. Last year I made an appointment in September so I could get my prescription in late October. I didn't get it until late November because they didn't submit the paperwork.

I was told my total for my entire visit was $40, and payed right then and there. I just got a bill in the mail for $300 from planned parenthood.

Be extremely careful with this Planned Parenthood, and make sure you know your rights. They implanted an IUD in a friend and cut the strings off of it saying, "it's okay you'll need surgery to get it removed anyway." This is absolutely untrue, a dangerous practice, and a call back to the worst periods of the American tradition of sterilizing the impoverished against their will.Additionally, they don't often work their stated hours, they will never return any phone call, and their customer service is abysmal.

I went in for an (overdue) checkup today, and I have to say this was the best medical visit I've ever had in my life. Ever. The Covid precautions feel really safe and thorough. The woman at the front desk, the nurse, and the doctor were all warm, compassionate, empathetic, non-judgemental, skilled, and so so so very kind. I grew up here in Santa Fe but have lived in DC for the past decade, and I must say that the people at PP SF are WAY better than the fancy K Street doctors I've seen in DC. No one was rushing or trying to skip a detailed answer for any of my questions. I felt incredibly safe and well cared for. Thank you thank you thank you, Planned Parenthood!

I scheduled a telehealth visit and they contacted me to send my information (ID and insurance info) to the wrong email. So I sent my information to a completely different site. They called saying they had to cancel my appointment due to not getting any info from me. After stating I got an email from them and sent my information to THAT email, they couldn’t see me due to that mistake on their end. They could’ve squeezed me in today since I took off of work for it and it was out of my control.Now, I can’t get the treatment needed. I opted here because my primary isn’t able to see me until April. Definitely will never go to Planned Parenthood again, I’ll stay waiting months for my primary care provider than be seen at any of Planned Parenthood’s locations.

I found every staff member here to be very efficient, kind, and professional... I am grateful for the thorough and compassionate care I was given here. Limited hours, perhaps, and getting someone on phone can be tricky but leaving a number for callback was prompt and efficient. Santa Fe is fortunate to have this branch of Planned Parenthood and the good people who run it.

All staff at Santa Fe NM office location is absolutely amazing. Made me feel extremely comfortable and we’ll taken care of from the moment I walked into the door till the moment I left. Dr. I was seen by was amazing listened to all my concerns, wants, and needs completely judgement free providing me the best possible care with an amazing friendly, warm, caring attitude. Receptionist at front desk also completely awesome answering ever question with a happy and caring attitude she also went above and beyond to make sure I had all available coverage options provided. This is such a great team and would definitely recommend all family and friends to this location.
