“Helpful service. The tank in our RV is hard to get out, but these helpful guys do it for us. Also- they only charge for the amount of propane you need to fill up the tank, so it's a money saver.”

“On the weekend I get an email that my payment was not process. It is some sort of software error. Many must be impacted as it is impossible to get through by phone. It was a software problem due to a new provider. It got straightened out but I spent a lot of time get it sorted out. Did they give me a discount for the time I spent dealing with their problem? NO. Are they a very reliable propane delivery company? YES. There are many alternative but if there is a long period of bad weather this is probably the best choice......until we electrify. But that has issues also. I liked Ferrell better when the local office could sort out billing issues.”

“Our most recent delivery was prompt & efficient. We have never had any problem with the drivers who courteously bring our propane or service the tank. Past delays & inadequacies seem to have been at the management & scheduling level. It appears that AmeriGas is actively attempting to improve that arm of the organization.”
