Miriam and Cassandra took excellent care of me and sent me on my way quickly. I could easily have had a frustrating experience due to my own errors handling a third party order but they were able to accommodate me and put me to ease once the draw began. Thank you!

Phlebotomist was terrible. She missed my vein completely, sticking the needle into the tendons on the inside of my left elbow. Then she tried to blame it on me. I have blood drawn a lot, and she clearly is either a beginner, or just not very good at her job.

Totally seamless and positive experience every time. Everyone I’ve seen has been really nice, professional and able to make blood draws as painless as possible. I’ve gone in the mornings and I’ve never had a long wait time. Really seamless check in process too. Thanks team!
