I have used quick lane for years. Today, is the last day we'll use them.
Disorganized, and many times more mechanics were shooting the breeze.
There prices are also skyrocketing. Over $11. a gallon for DEF. I just want to suggest you go somewhere else. Anywhere else. You won't do worse and you could do better.

I was thoroughly impressed with Diego’s professionalism. He assisted me in following up on additional services required for a 60k service received at another Ford service location. Detailed report on multipoint inspection put me and my spouse at ease for our upcoming Canada trip. Kudos to all the staff!

The initial communication and promotional discount were highly satisfactory, leading to an expectation of repeat business. However, a subsequent review of the services revealed that the fluid levels, which were to be replenished, were not. This discrepancy significantly impacted the overall experience, resulting in a loss of trust. They did make sure my car was safe, so I'm happy about that. It's a toss-up whether it'll go back, though.

Terrible service. Couldn't make it in yesterday when I called, so the assistance offered yesterday was gone today with their dainty need to not accommodate but still wanting to take my money. I took my own oil and filter(she didn't hear me but was upset seeing it ), pulled my keys away when I reached out for them, the mechanics were told to remove my trailer since I didn't know how(I know how to take my trailer off I just wanted to know if the bolt on my oil pan was going to give them issues and they wouldn't go under to check they wanted to get my vehicle on the lift to check and charge for a simple thing. Too lazy to get under a vehicle these days? Gross

Above and beyond with customer service. Diego was so kind, helpful and professional and squeezed me in after my class so that my car was taken care. I'm so grateful and feel so blessed to have such a wonderful service available for my new 2024 Ford Escape. Thank you all at Quick Lane at Capital Ford.

Very poor service. The technician no Nothing about Cars or Truck Batteries.. Spent Over 900.00. Dollars for an oil change and two Batteries for my 350 diesel ford. And the next day my truck would not start. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK FOR A BASIC oil Change. They Are Scammers.. !!! My 13 yr old can do a Better and treat you Right!! Never Again will my family do Business With QUICK LANE!!!!

Just had the oil changed and car inspected yesterday at Quick Lane. The car just died on the highway in rush hour and is giving me a no oil pressure alert light. I’m pulled over in a very dangerous spot at the entrance to an off ramp, waiting an hour for a tow truck. Looks like something careless was done, or not done.

Walked in on a Tuesday, ordered tires for my truck and they arrived late Friday. Took my truck in today (Saturday) and it was completed within 3 hours. Great customer service and timing!

Excellent experience at Quick Lane. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
I had 4 tires for my Ford Transit 350HD, with rear duallys dropped shipped for free from Tire Rack, They were .mounted and balanced for $100. Going rate.
The mechanic identified that my rear brakes were metal on metal. Had them replaced, $875, high compared to a local quote of $375 by phone afterwards. On a dually job the wheel hub/axle has to be pulled out to get to the disc brake pads. YouTube has a great video of a Ford shop doing the work.. Really only took an extra 15 minutes with a knowledgeable mechanic. Quoted prior to work but high.
Alignment $129. Going rate. Thankful they could get it done in the QL shop. Extenders for the alignment machine were necessary and they had them
