Techs are cool but the new owner is awful. Too many good shops in town to patronize this place.Sorry Charlie

I agree with another poster/reviewer named Mark who said he’d “never been to a place where the people were such jerks.” The kid who greeted us was sweet but the owner, I’m guessing it was, was extremely rude and disrespectful. Jerk is def a good word. And elitist. Wouldn’t even communicate with me when I was standing right there, communicated with the kid as if I didn’t exist and wouldn’t even look at me. Then when I asked him questions directly he treated me like I was some sort of idiot.

Took my bike in for a tuneup, they didn't do it....They did have time to raise my seat level with my armpit. I'm pretty tall and my bike is an extra large but this is stupid.Update: Rob and Charlie’s still sucks

Amazing staff! Very knowledgeable and thorough. Incredibly kind. Efficient and thorough service. Great selection of items needed for a great ride. I am so glad I found this bike shop! So happy to be on the road again. Thank you so much, Tennyson and Rae!

New owner. Refused to stand behind his shoddy work. Had to spend more $$ at a different shop to fix the problem (thanks Broken Spoke!).

Purchased a $600 bike from them in 2018 and I am in need of new tires and they could not even pull up the model number to tell me what size tires I need. Pathetic!!!

Had a Deluxe service on my high end Cannondale Carbon Lefty MTB and I was very pleased with the service and friendly customer care. Tennyson (New Manager/Owner/expert mechanic) and Chris (mechanic and super nice guy) answered all my questions and had the job done on time and efficiently. I'll definitely return to R&C to have these guys take care of all my bikes.

Fantastic shop with wonderful service - have been researching e bikes - and this was by far the most knowledgeable and price conscious places we found in Santa Fe. Went to check it out and the friendly staff took it over the top! If you are looking to get a bike - definitely worth checking them out

I had these guys put new brake rotors on my bike. I literally told them to NOT to use anything but SRAM. I told them to call me if they don't have SRAM and I would go buy them myself. They never called me and they put on cheap CLARK rotors anyway.

I brought my bike in for repair. I was told it would be ready on a certain day by a certain time. I was pleased because the appointed time was only two days away. I asked if I should call first just to confirm. I was told "no," it would be ready. Of course, when I showed up at the appointed time it was not ready. Not even close. Apparently, there had been some problems with executing the repair. I would have to come back the next day. As it happened, my schedule did not permit me to return for a week. When I finally did pick up the bike, it was repaired. However, I am not entirely pleased with how the drive-train is working. The drive-train was supposed to be the focus of attention. While the drive-train does seem to be greatly improved, it is not as smooth and fluid as I had hoped. It still has some hiccups. It sometimes skips. The chain sometimes does not seat properly on the middle chain-ring and so the pedals spin freely until I shift again.Nobody called me while the bike was in the shop to say, look, we can't get it to shift perfectly, but if we replaced XYZ part(s), then we could make it right. When I picked up my bike, there was no real discussion of the condition of my bike, or of what was repaired, or not repaired. There was no discount for the inconvenience of being promised a bike at a certain time, and then finding it was not ready, though I did get a rudimentary verbal apology. To the shop's credit, they had in stock a fork that would fit my antique bike. They were able to install it, though I am told they had great difficulty removing the old fork.
