I want to this Ross last week in March 6,2025 . The Nice Guy who worked there that was the cashier was really nice and sweet and the other workers there were really nice as well. I Love this Ross Dress For Less . Highly Recommend very clean and very nice people who there and lots of nice clothes of all kinds and great prices ♥️♥️♥️ keep

This place is a mess and
they dont operate all registers- ever so the line is 10 or 12 people long.
Twice in the last 7 months I chose an item and ended up walking out because of the ridiculous line.
Employees are terratorial and rude.
LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS STATING THE SAME!

I have never had problems with ross until today! I was charged twice for an item and they did not give my mother her receipt so we believe she was overcharged as well because when she counted the price of everything she bought she came out to $70 but was charged $100. What the hell ?!
I called and tried to see if maybe we could get this sorted out but the employee hung up on me once I explained to her what happened. This is very unprofessional and only makes me feel disappointed in this store. Check your receipts and make sure they match your items so you don't get overcharged!

Worst experience since I got a Ross Credit Card. The store on Guadalupe St..From the store manager disrespectful to me and cashier's have no knowledge of providing customer service.I prefer the store on Zafarano St..Customer come first..Even Customer are not on the same page..

Good selections, but the lines are always long. It doesn't seem like they get a lot of non-clothing merchandise. It's fun to see the Asian selections.

We came to visit Santa Fe from Southern coast of Texas. We did not anticipate a blizzard that happened while we were there. We headed to Ross and bought snow jackets, gloves, hats, and more. For a family of four we spent under $500 on all of that. The only issue with Ross is one employee working and very very long lines. But she was nice, not impatient, and friendly. One of the jackets, a Calvin Klein, red down ski jacket, had a funky zipper. We had taken the tags off, but returned it the next day with a receipt, and they exchanged it with no questions asked. Appreciated the easy return policy.
