Went there because the store is closing and there are a lot of items on discount. Did my calculations and the things I got for $16.99 would have ended up costing about $6.80. It charged me $10.19 and I knew it was wrong so I talked to the manager. I was never once rude to him, I just wanted to get charged fairly. Since I couldn’t return it because it’s final sale the manager gave me $10 out of his own pocket and when I walked away he yelled “Thank you Karen, there’s always a Karen” I find that really disrespectful, especially since I was never rude. Staff really nice, just the manager Manny who I had problems with.

Will not honor prices at marked, item rang up as more at the register, assistant store manager says “customers always price switching” ? if all the items are marked incorrectly that’s your own fault for not keeping up on the price changes. Bad customer service Mr assistant…??

The guy that was on the shift today Friday September 22 was super rude to my bf and told him to re fold pants knowing that that’s his job not my bfs and was being super rude and the costumer service was horrible the guy had a supper bad attitude and was being very rude to us knowing he were buying stuff and dong absolutely nothing wrong

Not a safe place anymore. (+ It's fast fashion.)The clerk "Manny" was rude and unprofessional during our transaction, and when I was leaving quickly due to the treatment I received yelled after me asking other things "god bless! Looks like you need it!" repeatedly, after I asked not to be called ma'am. It was my birthday.The clerk then went off on my partner, a man of color who was also a customer, when he asked the clerk why the clerk was yelling at someone. He continued to yell and was physically aggressive against my partner, some photos included. (I didn't feel safe going back into the store to record.) He was loud enough at some point a manager and then a third employee came over. We were dismissively waved off by this third person.Not a safe place anymore.The manager seemed not to understand how serious these attacks were when we returned the clothes. There is a problem at the store.
