I had a flat tire on my way to Dallas from Santa Fe, NM. When I got back to Santa Fe, the Tire Team at Sam's Club was amazing. I was in and out in about 45 minutes on Thursday, May 18 - 12:10 noon - 12:45 pm. Great service from these young men in the department. Great Sam's Club perk to have free tire repair. The screw or nail puncture was repaired. Nice. Dave in Santa Fe, NM

Santa Fe and ABQ Eubank are by far the worst in Customer Service or relations. Just as bad, is the horrible crap food selection. Barely any organic products, none in Dairy. There is no Costco in Santa Fe which encourages Sam's to be this bad. Sam's ABQ makes up their own return policy without being able to prove it. Sign says if not satisfied bring it back with posted exceptions. ABQ says 14 days. The manager and staff all wear and behave gangster. Rude, ignorant.

I am updating my review of January 18, 2023. I am changing my one-star review to a 3-star review. Let me explainMy previous review was sent to the Sam's Club complaint department, the Better Business Bureau, the New Mexico Attorney General's Office, and the Federal Trade Commission. At the bottom of each complaint, I put the initials of the other groups and agencies that received the same complaint. After sending my complaint to Sam's Club Complaint department with the various other agencies listed at the bottom, it got the attention that I was looking for. Now keep in mind, I tried to use management at the store to solve this issue, but they refused. With my complaint sent to corporate, the person was very helpful. She sent a copy to her superiors and to the store manager. The store manager was to contact me within 2 business days. Since he did not do this, I contacted the complaint department again and they got on it. I received a call from the store manager the following day. He was pissed and argumentative. After some time of this, I took the conversation away from the argument and to the solution that I wanted. I got him to agree with my demands of allowing me to return the defective tire and had the rest of my tires prorated and had the credit applied to the purchase of the new set of tires. The people working in the tire department had changed their tune and were nice and accommodating. Yet, they reiterated at the end that defective tires were the customer's problem and that returning them in the case of being defective was not an option. The manager did not like eating crow, but he did not have a choice. My choice to send a written complaint to corporate and the other organizations did the job .

They can't keep enough employees because if an employee wants to stay home sick they get penalized. So you wait in line forever right in front of the exit and then they still make you wait in another line that goes super slow just to get out the door after you've paid. Selection is poor and the gas station is another disaster.Let's just say I am not proud of the person I became at the exit. One person to check receipts after I just waited in line for 15 minutes for 7 items. There was a problem with the receipt in front of me so I tried to go around, waving my receipt. The chica literally cart blocked me. I told her she could not trap me in there. The older gentleman having an issue with his receipt told me to be patient. I replied "believe me, I have been patient"It is quite affirming to read the other reviews here. It truly makes me wonder how people can live here. Corporations like Sam's and the Walton family are just trying to suck everything out of us all.

What a bunch of assclowns work here. If you want to pay with cash be prepared to wait and wait and wait. Currently there are 12 people in line in front of me. Only 1 register accepts cash. Oh and the cashier is a minor so she needs a supervisor to ring up alcohol. No I don't want to renew my membership!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Horrible place to go shopping. Can't blame cashiers and door greeters, due to how management treats them. Especially an older lady that wears a green vest, I think she's a supervisor. She doesn't know what she's doing most of the time and she's always on her phone. I went there last week and I saw how bad she talks and treats her employees. I'm telling you it's bad. Worst part is that her managers don't care because she's still working g there after so many years of mistreating regular workers. I'm canceling my membership, because I don't support that type of behavior.

Today I bought eight items and then was blocked from leaving the store by some teenaged white kid on a power trip because I didn't move them from one cart to another (apparently he can't read receipts but somehow this magical cart transfer would assure him I wasn't stealing EVERYTHING he had just literally watched me ring up). Stood in my way having a hissy fit about 'company policy' and would not move until a manager could come and tell him to stop being an idiot. My membership was about to expire, but now there's no way I'll renew it.

I really love this location! Went the day after Xmas to buy some groceries for my mom and the store was practically empty (customer wise) & fully stocked! Very clean, easy to move around and no crowds! Cashier was very friendly and no waiting in line and this was late afternoon.

This is the only bulk item warehouse within an hour's drive for me, so this is where I do a lot of shopping. Masks are required and lines to enter and check out can be long, but that makes for easier social distancing. The selection inside is decent and I don't have any complaints, but I haven't yet utilized the order online and pick up service. This is because a lot of items show as out of stock, like paper towels, but I was able to grab one of the last packs during my last visit.

Santa Fe, NM Sams Club I am a person with a suppressed immune system and put an order online for pick up for a birthday gift for a family member I am visiting for today. As you know, drive up, open you hatch, they put the order in and you drive off. When I returned to my family's home (I am a visitor to this store). The box (insta pot) was beat up. Every corner was beat up, no handle and even the protective styrofoam was cracked. I can not believe this worker thought it was ok to bring this out for a pick up order. I called the store, no answer. I called the main customer service talk to a rep and then a supervisor. The supervisor was a kind man RJ. He put us on a 3 way call with a manger named Karen. During the conversation I think Karen forgot that the supervisor was still there. Karen rudely kept interrupting me and just plain rude. Karen offered me a $10 gift card and told me I HAD to come into the store for a return on an item I got at pick up area. AND HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. It is encouraged that people with suppressed immune systems shop on line and do pickups. Santa Fe I know is back to Covid restrictions. So WHY WOULD KAREN THE MANAGER MAKE A CUSTOMER WITH A SUPPRESSED IMMUNE SYSTEM STAND IN LINE WITH 40 people to return an item that was damaged from minute one. All I wanted to do was go back to drive up. Have them swap the damaged product for a new one. Simple solution for a customer with my health issues. KAREN I AM SORRY YOU WERE HAVE A BAD DAY. I OWN A RETAIL COMPANY AND IN A MILLION YEARS I WOULD NEVER HANG UP ON A CUSTOMER AND OR RUDELY NOT RESOLVE THE SOLUTION.

My grandfather needed a new refrigerator. Sam's had one on sale and they ran out. I downloaded the app to help my grandfather and once the item was available I placed the order for pick up. I used my credit card and set up a pick up time and date that provided. I went at the scheduled time and date and was told my item was sold the day prior. I checked my order and was told a refund would be issued. I asked what the point of an on line order was. I was informed that another guest wanted the item. So my lesson is Sams online orders are a waist of time. The manager stated she would call me again when the item was back in stock.... guess what never got a call. Lesson of the day dont waist time for online orders. They cancel them and then take days to refund you...

I am not a big fan! I hate the layout of the store and they don,t carry as much as Costco! It is convenient for some items that I need. I went the other morning and was so glad that I saw several people leaving with toilet paper. Turns out the store wasn,t due to open until 9:00 . I was told the "line starts at 08:00"...turns out all the people leaving with the paper goods were EMPLOYEES!

This is a C- quality store. I've shopped at Sam's Club in Santa Fe for 20 years, because it's here, not because Sam's is good. The lack of competition hurts we who live in Santa Fe or come here because it's the closest city. Even Sam's gas prices aren't very low in Santa Fe (although in Albuquerque the Sam's gas pricing is close to Costco's). The SF Sam's has limited product selection in healthy food, quality clothing, furnishings and computers. The Sam's checkout experience is miserable because it's mostly self-service which is slower and more mistake-ridden than checkout done by trained personnel. Nowadays we go to Costco in Albuquerque or Rio Rancho at least monthly to get better food choices and brand diversity. Can't believe that Costco hasn't put a store in the north end of Santa Fe which needs affordable retail options and would also get business from Tesuque, Los Alamos, Espanola and Taos.
