A very good experience. No hidden fees, no “we don’t charge for this” and then charging. Staff was courteous, fast to respond calls or emails, and very helpful. The storage units are clean and with easy access.

I chose SF Self Storage because they seemed to take mouse control very seriously. And it turned out to be a good experience. I enjoyed working with Margaret at the 3rd Street office.
