Wonderful shop with lots of beautiful, local made items. Ryan and Maria helped my partner and I find the perfect rings for us. They have quick and affordable sizing, so if we had not found the right size in the ring we wanted, they offered to have it resized by same day or next day. Ryan and Maria were both knowledgeable about the stones, the artists, and the process to create the jewelry. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely visit again if we are in town.

Had a great experience working with Moses. My friend made a purchase for his girlfriend and I for my wife. Totally enjoyed working with him. If I ever return to Santa Fe I will stop in again!

Amazing jewelry and Moses was just so entertaining and nice. He helped us all choose the most fitting rings and we loved the experience?

We had a wonderful experience at Santa Fe West Gallery! Moses was terrific. He helped us look for gifts for our son and daughter, and he also helped us find several beautiful pieces for my wife. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and honest, and we are very happy with the pieces we bought. Definitely recommend this store if you are looking for authentic, hand-made New Mexican/Native jewelry. And you will have a great time talking with Moses! We definitely will be going back.

Santa Fe West Gallery is a real find. Art, pottery, and collectibles abound but their jewelry selection is unbelievable and includes every type of turquoise and Indian jewelry imaginable - both old and new. I was looking for a specific piece and was browsing away when Moses struck up a conversation. He asked what I was looking for - I wasn't sure and told him I'd know it when I saw it. He immediately homed on on my descriptions, showing me stunning pieces and I fell in love with them all. Unfortunately the pieces I liked the most were beyond my budget. In addition to being friendly, engaging, and funny, though, Moses is the best salesman ever - he refused to give up and worked with me to get us both to a price we were comfortable with and voila! I walked out of the store, the proud owner of a beautiful antique necklace. I am very grateful to him for his patience and expertise. I would recommend Moses and the Santa Fe West Gallery to everyone.

Alladins' Cave So much beauty and treasure in this store - don't miss a visit while you're in Santa Fe. As mentioned previously, Moses can also be listed as a treasure :) He offers assistance but allows you time and space to discover all that the store holds. Several pieces spoke to me and Moses patiently allowed me time with them and shared his knowledge. I was happy to pay the listed price when I eventually found my treasure, but Moses kindly discounted it further - just making it all the more sweeter :)

Moses not only welcomed us at the door he opened it for us and said HELLO! Moses was very knowledgeable about the Pueblos and the artists. I’ve been collecting Native American Pottery and Mata Ortiz Pottery for over 20 years and Moses was on point with everything he told us about each pot we purchased. Of course he took extra time to tell me about pots from Pueblos I hadn’t started collecting yet and showed no impatience toward us at all and was very friendly and an overall happy positive man. So thank you Moses for the three new additions to my collection. Wanda and Dale Cronauer LIVE TO RIDE AND RIDE TO LIVE

The Santa Fe West Gallery has a superb selection of authentic Native art. They had some beautiful signed pottery pieces. The personalized attention we received by the well informed and friendly owner was welcomed. A visit to the Santa Fe West Gallery is a must among the many stores in Santa Fe.

Santa Fe is a swirling maze of art galleries and collectibles shops. Thought I had seen it all when I popped into Santa Fe West Gallery while my wife shopped next door. I had intended to kill time when I realized that here was the biggest collection of pottery--our prime art interest--that I had ever seen.
Soon I was descended upon with friendly bravado by Moses, the proprietor and the only other person in the big store. He whisked me around the long display cases on either side of the place, quickly gauging what caught my eye and pointing out piece after piece of exactly what appealed. I'm a salesman myself and I had reached critical mass with shopping, so at first I shrugged off his "pitch"; I'm from Chicago and have heard my share of hustles. In fact, I nearly ran out of the store with the fall-back excuse that I had to "rescue" my wife next door. He followed and kept up the banter, not losing a breath as others entered the store and were immediately placed under his spell.
I mentioned to my wife that we needed to slink away because Santa Fe West Gallery had a tempting amount of great pottery--and our suitcases were more than maxed out already! But I noted that this fellow Moses was a work of art himself and highly entertaining. So for fun we ventured back into the gallery, and there was Moses shouting from back in the store, "I knew you would be back! I have a few more pieces that I pulled out for you."
Friendly banter continued, including his quick assessment that my wife was the true appreciator of fine pottery. Before we were done, we had bought 5 pieces that he made irresistible by bundling a great price. And today our home is adorned with cherished memories of our stay in Santa Fe--much of it the result of our chance encounter with the unforgettable Moses.
