Purchased clothes for my girlfriend who couldn’t be there at the time of purchase.I asked the checkout lady what the return policy was and she told me “you have 14 days from the date of purchase.”The clothes didn’t my girlfriend. I returned the following day and asked for my money back. The same exact employee who checked me out the day before and told me I had 14 days, said I was unable to return them and they had to be exchanged for other items.I then asked if I could have store credit since I would be traveling during the 14 day window. I was told there is no store credit.I also spoke to a manager about this issue. Both employees were super apathetic and could not have cared less. This is a greedy policy and there is no legitimate reason I can’t be offered store credit that expired longer than 14 days.

Your Santa Fe store is devolving quickly. Everyone hates the self-checkout machines. The children you employ have zero work ethic, aren't available for help at the registers your customers have not been trained to use, and overcharge for clothes that they, themselves, like. They have attitude, and do very little to keep the store clean and organized and running smoothly. This store is going down fast. Also, why did you remove the dressing rooms, when there's no longer a pandemic? Why do you hate your customers so much that you go out of your way to make the shopping experience inconvenient and trashy?

I’ve been shopping there for years always enjoyed it until recently. The prices have suddenly gone way up their pricing things above what they would have been new! It looks like management should come in and see the crazy pricing there putting on items such as a drinking glass obviously from a restaurant nothing fancy for $3.50. You’ve got to be kidding me..

This is my therapy store.I stop by as often as possible.Sometimes I find something that I need , like a new T-shirt with a random print on it for $2.Sometimes I find something that I need for a good laugh, like a white Haines T-shirt with spaghetti stains for $6.Yes, the prices have gone up…

Been coming to this savers for years. Prices have skyrocketed for absolutely no reason other than greed. Savers is not a charity nor a nonprofit. The workers haven’t seen a raise whatsoever but the prices for freely donated goods has gone up and up and up. Total grift store.

No dressing rooms... but if something doesn't fit, no refund. I was just there yesterday, went home and tried everything. One thing was too small and it was expensive ($20) by their standards. I went to return it today, but the worker insisted that I would need to shop and find something else. He also said I only have 14 days to do so.

Every time I have donated anything, the staff is rude and not helpful. They help others with bags and boxes of donations in front of me. Yet, they won't help me with numerous bags of donations. I complain to the "manager", who didn't really care and was supposedly gonna talk to another manager. What a joke.

Today we took a truck loaded of good items to donate. But when we arrived we were gretted bye two employees to tell us of their new rules they were totally rude. Apparently they no longer take any hygiene items. They started opening and tearing pur bags open and throwing items that were not allowed on the truck. I was so disappointed with their attitude. I took pride in packing this items neatly. I would think they would train this people to greet you with better manners. And thank you for donating

Unfortunately, Prices have become very high for below average items. Any of the nicer stuff donated would appear to be moved to another store, or sold online. This Savers was awesome in their first few years.

Great thrifty treasure hunting fun but Prices increased during COVID. No dressing rooms so you have to chose wisely or return within 14 days. But when you score, you score.

This is the 5th savers we have stopped at while thrifting across the country. Not the cleanest as far as broken items on the shelves and has a odor of dirty clothing. Staff very nice and helpful.

The amount of stuff is good but the prices are steep for items that aren't even in great condition. Was disappointed at how overpriced things were - women's shirts for over $10? A broken beat up dresser for $35? No thanks.

You used to be able to find all kinds of cool stuff in here, all day, every day. But now there's times I go in and nothing new has been put out in days! DAYS! I'm talking four days, five days. And it's obvious that there is plenty to put on the sales floor. I'm starting to wonder whether the employees as a whole are the reason why you can't find anything good there any more.
