Had an issue and the new owner Kevin called me to discuss and worked it out for both of us. I appreciate that very much.

The store team is unpleasant at best, and often rude. So as a tourist, its a great place to explore (if the rude lady is not around).Wood furniture look amazing, but quality varies.

Be sure to contact online to let them know you’re serious about purchasing. I was ready to drop serious money on a dining room pendant set but wasn’t approached or greeted even after walking by the front table 2 times and looking directly at staff. I’ve been saving for two years to get a beautiful set of pendants and they lost the sale because the staff was not attentive or picked up on non verbal cues that I had questions. When approached and this was brought to attention their approach to sales was “We usually allow people to browse a bit.” I understand that but at minimum saying “Hello” and greeting us when we entered would have saved the sale. They seemed as if they couldn’t be bothered. Beautiful products, mediocre customer service. Will be buying directly from the vendor and not in store.

Their staff goes above and beyond to help you get exactly what you need. The craftsmanship is top notch and they have some of the most unique pieces in town. If your looking for a one of a kind designer piece, look no farther then Sequoia.

Very unique collection of earthy meets elegant. Considering the quality and uniqueness of the pieces the prices are reasonable. Would recommend going to Sequoia even if you just look.

We didn't make a purchase, but it's not because it wasn't on our minds. This store has some of the most beautiful contemporary pieces we've ever seen. And while it's definitely a retail store, it also a mini art museum with some stunning pieces, especially the side tables. So glad we wandered in to check it out.

We went into this store when in Santa Fe a few years ago. I fell in love with their Onyx pendant lights. I never forgot them and recently emailed to inquire on pricing and shipping. I now have three beautiful onyx pendants in my kitchen. Perfecto!

Sequoia's Furniture is unique & beautiful. Service was terrible. Order was written up incorrectly, sales lady tried to argue with but the owner was decent. We paid for a white glove delivery and on day furniture was delivered the drivers told me the dresser was too heavy to bring to the 2nd floor and that they would send four people back to bring it in and set it up. I call shipper and they told me "that would never happen" Dresser is still sitting in our garage and now we have to pay more to hire our own crew to bring the dresser in and set it up. End table had gouge and scratches when delivered .Very unfortunate experience.

What an incredible and unique store! We couldn't believe how their artists had created such fantastic works of art and pieces of usable furniture from natural minerals. Absolutely fabulous. We bought a lamp and but forward to going back and buying more pieces for our home.

A unique and artistic furniture and home decor gallery. Beautifully crafted wood pieces and lighting. The owner, Sequoia, has superb taste and a lovely personality. Have bought a couple of pieces there over the years and still love both the design and craftsmanship.

Dear Alexa, Sign posted is for the wood workers not for customers. As it says DEAR WOOD WORKERS. Customers must know everything and we are well aware of that fact. Questions all day long from wood workers like how long a saw blade did you use dude, how many amps your circular saw is, how many teeth in your circular saw blade and what grit sand paper do you use, how do you apply your poly and what brand tung oil you use, what ratio of oil you mix with gloss and matt gets old by the end of the day. We are not a wood working shop. We sell functional art of great beauty. Besides the conversation of aesthetics on an item with a bona fide buyer we do take the time to explain and educate the buyer of all the details they want to know. My job description is to create works of beauty that bring joy to my buyers home. Not waste hours talking wood shop talk every day. My apologies if it offended you. But i hope that this dialog helps you see my point of view too. Next time when you come in with the intention of buying one of my designs, please do let us know and we will be happy to share with you all we know.

Absolutely loved everything in this store from the live edge tables to the lamps to the homey layout. My experience in the store was pleasant but I was extremely put off by a notice that was posted throughout. I will post a picture as well. Basically it discouraged customers from asking employees questions about wood sources, finish, etc. "We avoid getting into wood talk." I am not a wood worker, but I do work in retail and found this notice outrageous and distasteful. From a customer standpoint, I'm not going to walk in and spend thousands of dollars on a live edge table and not ask any questions. As a retail employee I anticipate having to answer customers' questions. IT IS PART OF THE JOB DESCRIPTION. Sure, it can be exhausting answering the same questions over and over again. TOUGH. You are a retail store in a TOURIST TRAP. Get over yourselves.

The staff was incredibly rude. My wife and I are in our late 20's and everyone in this store just assumed we could not afford anything in the space. The furniture is beautiful but is not accurately priced. Thank you for the awful customer service!
