Stopped by here just now it’s 5:23 pm 12.29.24 store closes at 6pm . Was told they are closing and couldn’t go in. Very disappointed.

Went in there today to return a pair of boots Manager Shayna was very rude not only to us but to other people that were waiting in line. Was very impatient, and really didn’t want to help us at all. Told us to leave the store and that she wasn’t going to serve us. Customer service was horrible.

Bad experience there are two young guys at the store and gave me the pair of shoes both shoes were from the left side. Went back to the store and the guy got all mad like if it was my fault that his co-worker messed up when he came back he threw the shoe back towards me not even an apology.

The store is very clean, and staff is friendly enough. Only thing is that two of the employees, a girl with pink streaks, and a young boy with snake bites were engaging in flirting and touching while behind the register making it an uncomfortable experience. Not professional behavior.

3 idiots working the front not helping anyone saw no sabo kid tell a Hispanic lady "todo está hay" ( which means everything is there) and looked annoyed because she interrupted their conversation. Hope they hire new people who actually want to help & not get paid to talk to eachother & ignore customers. I ended up helping her and the shoes aren't even in the right boxes with the wrong sizes.

The manager it's extremely rude, I wanted to see some boots and when I asked about them she didn't want to help.Costumer service should be the #1 priority, sadly I guess they don't care about it, I was reading some reviews to see if someone had a bad experience like I did, and unfortunately I'm not the only one.Never coming back.
