Smith's Pacheco St pharmacy: What a terrible system ... There's a system?Friday the phone robot says I have meds "eligible for refill". I renew them and robot says they'll be ready tomorrow, Saturday, after 3PM. I come in two days beyond that, Monday at 2:15PM and am told they have no record of it. They ask what meds I need and say it will take 40 minutes. One person says "eligible to be filled doesn't mean they will be filled". ?????? OK. Then what does "ready after 3PM tomorrow" mean?I return at 3PM (now a full 48 hours past the stated ready time) and am told it'll be another 20 minutes. Tech tells me she's "doing 30 other things". I reply that I'm not asking her to do 30 other things and before I can finish saying "I'm here because the phone robot said they'd be ready two days ago", she cuts me off and says "yes you are".Heed reviews touching on employee social skills. Now I get to spend an hour's round trip drive tomorrow back to this pharmacy to do this over again. What a waste of time.

Pacheco's Smith's pharmacy's "Steve" is about 5 cups beyond caffeine overload. He is unwilling to focus on one question I had about my prescription. He veers off, has a conversation with others simultaneously, (their background noise already makes it harder), he checks my other prescription, works the conversation into the ground with "other prescription" details then hangs up without answering my question.I call back and he says, he didn't hang up but this time he might. What a guy!

I have been calling them since they opened on every number they have to try and reach the pharmacy and if it does stop ringing and I get hold music eventually it just hangs up on me. There is literally no such thing as customer service at Smiths.

No bags for Groceries. Not a sign or a warning. Then told by a cashier there's no bags. I'm tall and blind in one eye but it took me less than 3 seconds to see a stack of bags on a cashier's lane. Fantastic management, a + double good, I bet they get bonuses while the cashiers have to lie to everyone.

The only problem I've ever had at this particular Smiths gas station is one time I was down to my last 4 bucks and it was mostly change but not like pennies but dimes and mostly quarters and the guy was very rude and said he wasn't going to count it all out and I needed to roll it up but I told him it wasn't enough for rolls and it was only 4 bucks but he refused to take it while being very rude about it. So I went to the other Smiths station on St. Michael's and the woman took it no problem and didn't act like it was a big deal at all. I thanked her and told her how much I appreciated her doing that.

The night shift self-check-out clerk Jeffrey displayed the best customer service I've ever experienced in any smiths, period. This man greeted customers with a smile, was extremely polite, and helped me finish checking out when I had a problem. He absolutely 100% deserves a raise! I'll be recommending everyone I know to this particular smiths specifically for the amazing customer service!

The gas station is always clean and the people that work there are always nice. But when I leave Santa Fe at night, alone. It is scary. I wish there could be someone watching the area after dark.

Besides being among the cheapest in town for 86 octane, I particularly enjoy being able to use the fuel rewards. I don't like that they changed the fuel rewards to a month-based, though.

Wanna buy sub rolls at smiths since the deli has them and will 1000% throw them away at the end of the night? Too bad, you can't.

As we all know, the super market is always a hectic visit. A lot of people everywhere and the struggle to find the right produce and get through the checkout. This whole review is to commend your employee at the self checkout named Jeffery. I hope this man is being compensated for his wonderful disposition every time I see him! I started at sprouts as the self checkout host when they started self checkout last year. Never in my life had I been the target of so many peoples rage, frustration, and outright meanness when those machines went in. I'm a pleasant person and have always been the deescalatory person to bring when problems popped up. For some reason, people got enraged and embarrassed at the machine but chose to take it out on me. I don't even want to know what he must experience being with a larger store. Jeffery, I am stoked every time I come in and see you because I know I'll not only have an easy checkout, I'll also leave with an uplifted mood because of his energy. I've never had a bad experience with any of the self checkout hosts or cashiers but Jeffery is wonderful employee and I wanted to express my gratitude. To everyone reading this, be kind to your local grocers! They are the most essential workers right now and are all terribly understaffed. If you are angry about the longer wait times, it's certainly not the check out persons intention. There are literally no one to hire. So if you hate the wait, go ahead and apply so they can be 1 person less understaffed. Or call corporate, don't berate the essential employee that provides you the ability to feed, clean, medicate and much more for you and your family. Try gratitude instead... Keep up the good work Jeffery and the whole team!
