Smith's Pharmacy in Santa Fe is staffed with professional and friendly people dedicated to helping customers lead a healthier life. The team, though sometimes very understaffed, does an incredible job. The pharmacists do more than prepare prescriptions; they offer advice, perform clinical services, and administer vaccinations like flu shots and the shingles vaccine. Customers can manage prescriptions with convenient online tools. While the pharmacy can be sorta slow and transactions sometimes take time, the employees are always pleasant, nice, and downright friendly. Customers recommend stopping at the pharmacy before shopping. Although understaffed and making some changes, the pharmacy almost always has what people need, and the staff remains professional and helpful.
The pharmacy is always busy and I appreciate the service that BOTH Pharmacists give is commendable! I appreciate their hard work and the stress of their busy jobs.

Both of the pharmacists that have helped me here have been very kind but the woman I just spoke with on the phone, laughed at me and was very short. I know first hand that dealing with the general public is exhausting but you don’t have to be rude to people in need of medication.

Pharmacist Steve is great, the lady with the eyebrows has been awkward/ rude last 3-4 times I've come in. I've been getting my Rx here 10+ years, but I think it's time for a switch...
