The pharmacy is always busy and I appreciate the service that BOTH Pharmacists give is commendable! I appreciate their hard work and the stress of their busy jobs.

Something is seriously wrong with this pharmacy. Use any other one if at all possible. Either the staff or the system they work on is extremely ineffective and they have extreme difficulty filling prescriptions.

Getting worse and worse. They never answer the phone, I am ringing now an hour and 40 min. When I finally got an answer earlier they hung up on me. Been trying to get a refill 2 weeks now and the phone system keeps telling me they will refill one that I didn't ask for. Says they they have a website for refills but the site does not work. My schedule does not allow me to get there to request a refill when they are open. I am done with this charade. I would give them a negative 10!

Steve and Amber are professional and friendly. They are a 2 man team. Considering it's only 2 people that run the pharmacy, sometimes one, they do an incredible job. Customers need to have more patience with the staff. Everyone seems to be in too much of a hurry these days and entitled, like their the only ones that exist in the world. Take a breath, have patience and above all compassion.

Both of the pharmacists that have helped me here have been very kind but the woman I just spoke with on the phone, laughed at me and was very short. I know first hand that dealing with the general public is exhausting but you don’t have to be rude to people in need of medication.

I was just at the smiths pharmacy to see if an emergency medication was ready and the young woman who was the pharmacy tech was so incredibly rude to my mother and I. I will never use this pharmacy again, I was treated like an idiot for simply existing and needing a medication. Save your time and stress and go to Southwest Care Center pharmacy on Harkle.

The people working at Smith's Pharmacy are always pleasant, although typically very understaffed.
It would be in Smith's best interest to seek out and hire more staff.
Better training on the computer is recommended, as it should not take 3 people to complete a single transaction at one computer terminal.
I have faith they will get it together in the near future.

Pharmacist Steve is great, the lady with the eyebrows has been awkward/ rude last 3-4 times I've come in. I've been getting my Rx here 10+ years, but I think it's time for a switch...

Young lady at the check in counter was very rude and unprofessional. Standing in line at 12:45, waiting on slow service and at 1:00 they told me to come back after lunch! I moved everything to Cerrillos Road. Much, much better!

Do not use smith pharmacy, the pharmacist will not run insurance, will make pay out pocket and will give you false information.

The incompetence of these people is astonishing. For months they have caused issues with the refills of my insulin. They say they are ordering it and never do. Than they can’t find the prescription or even my name in the system. These people need to be reminded they are messing with peoples lives and to be honorable and dependable. They will never be a good pharmacy. Go somewhere else if you are dependent on medications.

I went online and made an appointment to have a RSV vaccine at 5:45pm today. I received an email confirming this appointment. When I arrived, the clerk where you check in for vaccines said she had no record of it (in the rudest way possible), and that there was no way to fit me in. I sought out the Smith store manager and she saw my email confirmation so she went over to see what she could do. The same rude person slammed the door in our face. She and I were both shocked and utterly dismayed by this behavior. This clerk needed to be fired on the spot as far as I'm concerned. The worst retail experience I've ever had.STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY AS YOU CAN.

You need to fire the young woman with the painted on eyebrows. I am not the only one who has written in about her, see the other reviews. She is rude and unprofessional and on top of that I got two random pills in my last prescription that were of a completely different size and color. Who knows what they were! I'm changing my pharmacy immediately.

I have been using the Smiths pharmacy for the past 5 years. While it wasn't perfect it was my best bet for a pharmacy here. In the past couple of months I have had the worst experiences at this pharmacy. There's a Hispanic girl who works the counter with the worst attitude every time I come in. She's very abrupt. Never has anything to say to anyone except for "date of birth, name etc. Never a hello, or a smile. She acts like she hates her job and everycustomer that comes in. When I came in today, I overheard her raising her voice and being very snotty to someone on the phone. Especially in these times it would be nice if your staff can be a little kinder.
