Young lady at the check in counter was very rude and unprofessional. Standing in line at 12:45, waiting on slow service and at 1:00 they told me to come back after lunch! I moved everything to Cerrillos Road. Much, much better!

Do not use smith pharmacy, the pharmacist will not run insurance, will make pay out pocket and will give you false information.

The incompetence of these people is astonishing. For months they have caused issues with the refills of my insulin. They say they are ordering it and never do. Than they can’t find the prescription or even my name in the system. These people need to be reminded they are messing with peoples lives and to be honorable and dependable. They will never be a good pharmacy. Go somewhere else if you are dependent on medications.

I went online and made an appointment to have a RSV vaccine at 5:45pm today. I received an email confirming this appointment. When I arrived, the clerk where you check in for vaccines said she had no record of it (in the rudest way possible), and that there was no way to fit me in. I sought out the Smith store manager and she saw my email confirmation so she went over to see what she could do. The same rude person slammed the door in our face. She and I were both shocked and utterly dismayed by this behavior. This clerk needed to be fired on the spot as far as I'm concerned. The worst retail experience I've ever had.STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY AS YOU CAN.

You need to fire the young woman with the painted on eyebrows. I am not the only one who has written in about her, see the other reviews. She is rude and unprofessional and on top of that I got two random pills in my last prescription that were of a completely different size and color. Who knows what they were! I'm changing my pharmacy immediately.

I have been using the Smiths pharmacy for the past 5 years. While it wasn't perfect it was my best bet for a pharmacy here. In the past couple of months I have had the worst experiences at this pharmacy. There's a Hispanic girl who works the counter with the worst attitude every time I come in. She's very abrupt. Never has anything to say to anyone except for "date of birth, name etc. Never a hello, or a smile. She acts like she hates her job and everycustomer that comes in. When I came in today, I overheard her raising her voice and being very snotty to someone on the phone. Especially in these times it would be nice if your staff can be a little kinder.

They do a good job at making you feel like the most annoying hindrance in the universe. I have insurance as well as a government program that works alongside regular insurance that pays for anything uncovered. It’s been that way since April and I never had any problems until today when I tried to get a prescription filled and Deb (I think that’s her name), told me they just couldn’t get either insurance to pay for it, which is just absolutely false. Then some chick behind her kept saying that it’s because it’s “worker’s comp.” Well, ladies, it’s not. It’s a government program that’s set up for survivors of 9-11, but you’re lazy and don’t care. Ok, so I’m about to go into panic mode and I apologized because I was frustrated that it wasn’t going through, and all these women can tell me to do is to call my insurance... which I’ve already done. Several times. And you know what? There’s even a special number on the back of both cards I provided specifically FOR PHARMACISTS! When I came back, Steve “helped” me. Literally worse than Deb. His little tag said “manager” on it, so I assumed I could talk with him in more detail about what was going on. He looked like he wanted to kill himself, cut me off mid-sentence and said, “Yeah, yeah, yeah I heard it all already when you were talking to those girls.” Thanks, buddy. I pressed my case, nonetheless, and asked if anyone there could just help me and maybe call the pharmacist number on the 9-11 card asking about these medications. He refused and then told me if I get in contact with them “in the next 7-10 days, we’ll refund your purchase. Alllllll $27.96 of it.”Basically, I hate this pharmacy now and I will never go here again. Please please please hire people who care!

Shop here all the time. Almost always they have what I need. Although they are making some changes and things are getting moved around, Rosa has always been so professional and helpful.

Rude; have been cut off and hung up on by the pharmacist. Slow. RXs not always ready even when they send a robocall. Please pick another pharmacy, I assure you.

Beware Smith's on Pacheco's bakery goods are marked incorrectly. Purchased a White birthday cake for someone allergic to Chocolate, cut it at the party and it was Chocolate. Such a disappointment for the Birthday Girl. Party was 1.5 hours from the store, no way to return it. Tried calling the store numerous times and no one would answer. Let the phone ring for literally 10 minutes at a time. Also ridiculous there was only ONE checkout lane open and some of the self checkouts were down. Do better, your bakery ruined a birthday because of incompetence.

In my opinion, poor service and dishonest. Dropped off my RX and told it would be 45 minute wait. Came back 2.5 hours later and RX not ready. Pharmacist stated that he told me that they were going to lunch, which was totally untrue. Returned two days later to pick up script and told for the first time that they would not honor my Good RX coupon that I had attached to the original script. Good RX coupon was specifically for Smiths pharmacy and right off their website.

Rude and inefficient. Act like their doing you a favor. Hard to believe anyone with critical medical problem would use this pharmacy. If their pharmacy is this way, can't imagine the grocery store any better. Find a different pharmacy, I am.

it's alright. pharmacy is sorta slow, but, i mean, i get what i need. recommend stopping at the pharmacy before shopping. \\\"stop, then shop... then stop again\\\"- great slogan, right? employees are nice, even downright friendly sometimes! i can really appreciate that, since being a pharmacist can get incredibly stressful. props to them!
