A good store, much better than the other Smith's in town

This was my first time using the grocery pickup experience at Smith's. Signs and instructions were clear so it was easy to do. The employees were very hard working employees. I could tell they were very busy but they were still kind, efficient, and making things run smoothly. I would use their grocery pickup process again in the future.

WORST customer service i have ever experienced, waited at the customer services desk for 10 min waiting on someone, when i asks another employee she was so rude and told me i need To come find someone to call her, HOW is that my job to hunt down a worker? I WILL not go back to that store! Also the older man on self check was also SOoo awful and rude!

Excellent store. Clean and stocked easy shipping and friendly staff. My favorite grocery store ever. They have an amazing floral department, bakery and seafood counter. All reasonably priced.

Shopping at Smith's is very easy products are easy to find and workers available to direct you or take you to the product. Register personnel efficient and slackers very careful sacking your groceries

Just your standard grocery store. Has everything that Trader Joe's and Whole Foods has but less expensive and bougie. Can find some really good deals, especially when using the app. Can collect points per $ spent and 800 points equals $0.80 off per gallon at Smiths fuel. Shop on Fridays for 4x points and use your own reusable bag for extra points everyday.

I used to shop here all the time and when I do come it's easier to shop and better than the other another here in Santa Fe but I recently injured my knee and needed a powered carry and the one they had was blocked by all the regular shopping carts! I don't know why they would do that especially since I'm sure there a a few people that would probably need them regularly. Maybe if they fix this issue I'll start shopping here again.
