Dark in the store, cashiers are efficient. Everything seems to be where it is spose to be.

Mediocre food. Nice waitress. Loud. Too many TVs. Crowded. We drive through and it was the only place open for dinner.

I enjoy shopping the Smith's stores. I do prefer this location, because of the people.

Much improved in terms of cleanliness maybe I just visited on a clean day but the area was always a mess from my prior visits. It's been over 6 months that I have been to this location because it's always dirty inside and out. Today 10-05-2025 it was a clean parking lot and on the sides of the building which was always the worst part. Inside was clean and organized.

I honestly never really write reviews but, because of the new manager’s “policy” where you need show your ssn in order to pay your rent is actually insane. My brother has paid his rent at this location before and up until now with the new management there’s suddenly an issue?.

Smiths got what I needed. I found it quickly and had no wait to check out. The parking lot is in need of some asphalt maintenance so go slow my people.

What kind of grocery store literally schedules ZERO cashiers?! Because of my full time job I can only grocery shop in the evenings. Today, after an 11 hour work day I stopped at this store and filled an entire cart (as in $350+ in groceries). I get to the front and there are only two employees in the front, one doing who knows what and the second being a cruise director at self check. The cruise director informs me they don’t schedule cashiers after 8pm and I’ll have to do self check out. First, it was not quite 8pm so this excuse doesn’t work and second, I have a packed grocery cart. Clearly he doesn’t care so I start doing what shouldn’t be my job and after 31 items it locks me out because that’s too many items in self checkout. I now have to wait for the cruise director so I can proceed, knowing at any moment it will lock again. By this time I’ve run out of places for the loaded bags but still have a full grocery cart. Ultimately I realized that the this just wasn’t worth it and opted to leave the cart and my groceries, resulting in Smiths missing out on the over $350 I would have spent and now having to restock my entire cart (but this could have been avoided if they made it clear they won’t schedule employees so those of us who can only shop in the evening know to go elsewhere), and went home to try this another day and in another store that can be bothered to schedule employees. I get everyone is short staffed, but if you can’t even schedule cashiers, the most essential of employees, in a grocery store that requires things to be rung up by said cashiers —shorten your hours! But don’t place the responsibility of bringing their own personal cashier and bagger on the shoppers!

Great selection and mostly reasonable prices made it easy shopping here. Of course I'd rather do cash back at like a Walmart where they don't charge a fee. Probably would give them five stars if they didn't raise their gas prices a few cents higher just so that customers discount would bring it down to the same price as other places.

They have everything you need here, including trained butchers, BUT they force you to do self checkout, with too few employees to help if there’s a problem. The checkout employees and management are routinely rude and snarky. I avoid if at all possible.

Smiths is a mixed bag. I like shopping there because of the coupons. However, last week their berries were on sale and I bought four containers. They looked fine when I bought them, but when I got home I discovered that many of them were moldy. I also bought an English cucumber that had soft and slimy spots when I unwrapped it.

Nice selection of all products, fresh fruits and vegetables. Bakery, Deli and Starbucks. Friendly staff and great service. Reasonable prices considering the times we live in right now. The Smiths on Pacheco is not always crowded like the other stores.
