*Eugene is the best and is the only reason I've cared to continue shopping here. If it wasn't for him I'd go shopping elsewhere years ago.* I'm SO disappointed. The past two days around 8pm as soon as they seen me coming they'd scramble to lock the doors. Keep in mind it's supposed to be 9-930 before they do so. I've spent so much money here only to get treated like I was trash ?️ I get it, there are alot of panhandlers etc but I'm NOT one. I look disheveled half the time coming in either right before closing or right after opening because I don't want to have to run home change etc and come back when I can get my shopping out of the way so I can go home. Not every employee here is rude, just RACHEL OR WHATEVER HER NAME IS and those other two older ladies. Not the first time I've been profiled here though. I'm switching back to Food King until further notice.

First time being at Smith in Santa Fe NM on Easter Sunday and the most disrespectful manager I have ever encountered the times I've been shopping at Smith for 20 years. Rachael should not be a manager and if so get retrained on customer service. I showed the barcode on the $5.97 prime roast and the internet service in Smiths was useless for it to help the situation and she refused to give me the price. It's called customer service make sure your customers leave with a happy face not an embarrassed irritated disappointed experience. I want to thank Vanessa for doing her job and was kind enough to help us and give us the discount. She should be the manager, not Rachael!!

This Smith’s store has gone downhill! Very dirty inside and outside. Nobody around to take my feedback, don’t bother with this location.

They're usually nice here, but today it went off the rails. I tried to purchase an item that was plainly on sale, marked "with card." When the register wanted to charge the regular price, I asked for help. The woman told me (THREE TIMES!) that it was a digital only price. That's not what the signage says, and I could not get her to check on it or help further. So I went over and took a photo of the sign. This time I got a grunt and some action with the employees card and the register, and then she barked out "Scan it again." I scanned it again, right while she was standing there, and then she walked way. No "sorry about that," no "let's get you fixed up," no acknowledgement that I was even there. Then I saw that there was no further charge for the item at all; it looked like I was getting the item for free. When I asked about that, she just said to me "I TOLD you to scan it again!" I replied that I had scanned it, right while she had been standing there. Then she berated me twice more, each time saying "I TOLD you to scan it again!"Nobody should be treated this way, especially a senior citizen. What ever happened to actually listening to the customer and actually checking out a price for them? I stress, I was correct about the pricing error, but I was treated like a child, and left to prove the pricing error myself. I was also lectured about my tone of voice. No customer should be spoken to with the attitude this woman displayed, especially when it turns out that they are correct, and trying their best to be polite under the circumstances. After twenty years shopping here, I'm reconsidering.

I got the best deals at Smith's which is why I go there, but for some reason it's not my most favorite place to shop. I've gotten into ordering my groceries online from Smith's. I like that better although last time they forgot the oil which was the main reason I got groceries. So I don't want to be checking my groceries every time I do it online order with them. But that's what I like to do the most either way. Best prices and so I keep going there. I understand that they're parking lot is pretty sketchy at night. I haven't noticed it myself that much. The parking lot is sketchy day at night from what I can tell.

I purchased produce here today, and when I tried to cook dinner, all of my onions and my garlic had mold and were rotting. The sell by date for one of the sacks of produce was 2 weeks out of date. The fruit seems ok, but be careful to check your produce thoroughly.

They never answer their phones, ever. I mean, ever. Don't even try.

Must have been spoiled by the Smith's in Taos. This one is not as clean, not as well stocked and the folks who were working this morning were too busy to help with much of anything. It was a reminder to not shop here...

This is my store of choosing where I shop for all my groceries and have very good experience although today a tall cashier by the name of Michelle was very rude and unprofessional. I was purchasing 12 pack sodas on sale for $3.99. She asked if I had a coupon for the sale. I told her I hadn’t there were signs throughout the soda area. Rudely she said you need coupons or the sodas are $8.99. I told her that was too much money and I had the smiths card for sales. She said well it’s on the signs you need to download the app for coupons. I apologized hadn’t seen the small print if it was there any I only saw the price of $3.99. It was her rude tone of voice and eye rolling to the sacker to remove the sodas from the cart that got me feeling I NEVER want to shop here again. Plain rude and NO customer service skills!!! Smiths also has misleading sale signs if that was the case, At this point Albertsons is more expensive but treat you like a valued customer and I guess you pay for what you get.

Smith's Pacheco St pharmacy: What a terrible system ... There's a system?Friday the phone robot says I have meds "eligible for refill". I renew them and robot says they'll be ready tomorrow, Saturday, after 3PM. I come in two days beyond that, Monday at 2:15PM and am told they have no record of it. They ask what meds I need and say it will take 40 minutes. One person says "eligible to be filled doesn't mean they will be filled". ?????? OK. Then what does "ready after 3PM tomorrow" mean?I return at 3PM (now a full 48 hours past the stated ready time) and am told it'll be another 20 minutes. Tech tells me she's "doing 30 other things". I reply that I'm not asking her to do 30 other things and before I can finish saying "I'm here because the phone robot said they'd be ready two days ago", she cuts me off and says "yes you are".Heed reviews touching on employee social skills. Now I get to spend an hour's round trip drive tomorrow back to this pharmacy to do this over again. What a waste of time.

Pacheco's Smith's pharmacy's "Steve" is about 5 cups beyond caffeine overload. He is unwilling to focus on one question I had about my prescription. He veers off, has a conversation with others simultaneously, (their background noise already makes it harder), he checks my other prescription, works the conversation into the ground with "other prescription" details then hangs up without answering my question.I call back and he says, he didn't hang up but this time he might. What a guy!
