I recommend trying any other shop in town. We’ve had to go here a couple times in a pinch and kids working there are hard to deal with. Selection of glass here is 99.9% knock off China jawns.

This place takes my top spot for best smoke shop in SF. They have tons of Cloud Nurdz juice which is my favorite, lots of variety, and great customer service. Ariana was SO incredibly helpful and sweet and I would buy just about anything from her. I want to be her friend lol. Thanks for the great shopping experience!

The customer service isn’t great. I took a new coil back that leaked all the juice out. He wasn’t very nice about it. I also had a coil a few months ago that tasted burnt. He questioned whether I let it sit for 10 minutes before using it. Of course I know that. And I did. He was a jerk.
