some nice options. Beware however, the prices can be very deceptive if you are not careful. As unlike most stores, they package many items in containers and then advertise the price with a big sign. However, the price they show you in big print is NOT per container, it's per pound (printed in very small print). So, that "$1.79" package of blueberries will be $4.05 at the cash register.

I visited for the 2nd time yesterday. This visit was different. After grocery shopping, I spent time in the body fragrance aisle smelling delicious fragrances, but with a purpose. I was looking for healthy fragrant scents for skin, I have a skin condition. I have to be careful of the ingredients. A young worker felt it was her purpose in life to police my activities. I was so disappointed and irritated. I'm African American, and I am one of few that probably live in this area. In my 2 visits, I think I've spent over $400 here. It was MLK weekend too. In 2024, African Americans with natural hair are policed for smelling in the aromatic aisle. My heart still hearts. After I left, the child that monitored me in the aisle departed, no longer needing to continuously turn boxes that were in order from the beginning. I'm from DC, and had forgotten what it felt like to be monitored, shadowed, suspected of malfeasance in the store until last night. That girl could've been my granddaughter. The level of offense I felt is beyond. Unfortunately, my job has moved me here for several years. Guess I need to adjust to this area's commitment to racism and intolerance of non-white humans. Spoke to manager, not sure if it really sunk in that I was policed while sniffing and shopping.

So I went in with my mom and the women cashier with short bright green hair was sooooo rude . No costumer service training .. she gave dirty looks the moment I got in her line .. if it would have just been me I would have left it alone but she was borderline hatful to my mom ! I over heard an employee saying bye jax so when I called to complain a women by the name of Jackie took my complaint I think it’s her tbh … tbh it’s just sad that people like this even have jobs why work here if u treat the people who support the business who pays ur bills so rudely … allsups might be hiring a better fit for whoever this Jackie /jax character is !

When I first encountered Sprouts in Burbank, CA I was impressed by the quality of the produce (among other things) and their prices. When I moved to Northern NM, I was happy to find a Sprouts in Santa Fe.Then COVID hit and afterward the quality of their produce dropped and their prices became no better than the big retail grocery stores. This evening, I saw an item that we needed on a Buy One/Get One Special, so I naturally picked up two. When I went to check out their computer system locked up when the second item was scanned with a error message referring to Promotional Item. We moved all my groceries to another register and got the same error message when the second item was scanned. I then moved to a self-checkout register and again got the same error message. it was then that I concluded the UPC had apparently not been entered correctly, causing the error.During this entire ordeal, the employees and management became more and more detached from trying to resolve the problem. In the end (after wasting at least a half hour), I didn't purchase the problem-causing item(s). The manager gave me a lame apology when I finally finished an left, but did nothing to rectify the situation.Given the reduced quality of their produce, the general price escalation, and my most recent experience with their "Promotional Deals", I see no reason to continue to frequent their business.

This is my fave Sprouts Farmers Market. The best one I have ever seen. They have the best salad bar & the best fresh juice machines. BOMB. Every time we are in Santa Fe we have to hit this place up for all the organic yummies we can stuff in our cooler for our stay. Will return :)' Highest Recommendations.

These 5 Stars go to Patrick, Assist. Mgr. in Produce. When other employees disappear, he will come forward to help. We loved the melons he has picked out for us and more. Nice to find a mature and conscientious worker these days. Muchas Gracias Patricio!ps we only get back what we give.MCH - former Host/Floor Mgr. for Clint EastwoodPBH - former Head Pro/GM for Pebble Beach

I like sprouts their produce is pretty fairly priced and reasonably priced compared to Walmart and Sam's club. I still like those other places but sometimes I don't need a bulk size of tomatoes. LOL sometimes I just need like two tomatoes. Sometimes I don't need like eight of them at once. when that happens I come to sprouts. I like that they have a good amount of vegetarian options for fake meat.

When you charge for bags, there is no excuse for running out of them. Shoppers don’t deserve that. Budget better

Actually it has been better before. I understand and it is by now obvious that staffing and staff retention is an issue. At least in the past the produce section was well sorted and clean. The last few times I was there, this was just not the case. Considering the decline in service and quality, the pricing is inappropriate.

Nice clean store with a good selection. Don't go to this store expecting to be able to buy big brand items like Pepsi. They stock less mainstream, healthier alternatives instead. Sandwiches and sushi are available for takeout, although there are no tables in the store to eat at. You can also order online and collect at the store.

I’m so glad I don’t have to work or shop in this place. As an Instacart worker it has been surprising to see employees treat me like a second class citizen. They don’t see me as a customer, or a coworker. I’m like their enemy or something lol. Taunting me if I ask where something is, ‘you do this everyday’? Short woman asks me. Goes back to trash talking store with male coworker. They aggressively resume beep scanning things right next to my head as I’m trying to locate a specific item for a customer. Saying, ‘o just get this one, I’m trying to make a sale’. That doesn’t even make sense… the customer will request a replacement or I have to message them, which I was trying to do. They beeped and chatted away, as if I wasn’t there but also saying d*** things to me while I’m trying to concentrate. It was kinda scary how upset they seemed about working there.

every time i go here there's rotten meat a week past it's sell by date being sold on the shelves, just profoundly gross and embarrassing.
