They are not ADA compliant. they use an extreme amount of air freshener, which because of disability I can not tolerate. There was not way for me to do my banking business and they refused to accommodate me getting in down another way.

We stopped by this SECU branch to get some help transferring an IRA from another bank and Laura Gonzalez was able get us an acceptance letter. She was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. This saved us a trip to and from Las Vegas. Excellent service. Every business should have employees like this. Thanks again.

Opened an account a few months ago and regretting it. They are not open on Saturdays making it difficult to get service for those of us who work M-F (they seem to be the only bank/credit union closed on Saturdays in Santa Fe now that I'm searching), their mobile app and online services always crash over the weekends so you cannot access your accounts or get help because they are closed, their mobile deposits have a limit of $1,000, and they have limits on how much money you are allowed to withdraw from your account in a day (I'm not talking about ATMs either). All of these issues make it very difficult to access your money. This would be OK for savings accounts since you don't want to pull out money anyway, but not checking accounts. So disappointed in SECU.

Closed on weekends so when the ef and I supposed to go? I work. Theres no one to help me on the phone. Plus they use Kasasa, if I wanted to support a big corporate checking company I'd go to Wells Fargo, I come to a credit union to support my community. Go to Del Norte Credit Union, they'll actually help and take care of you.

Extremely poor service. Applied for auto online, which i was originally told i was approved. Went through the entire process with Monica (who was amazing). However as soon as documents were going to be submitted to me to sign, i asked for an extension on the auto promo, because i tried conplete by exp. Date with no call back. However as soon an Emilio (VP of lending) got my file he denys the entire loan, after the fact the i was specifically told and asked multiple times that the loan was approved. I called him multiple times with absolutely no call back. It wasnt until i called to the CEO about this that he decided to call me back, and still no apology or willingness to help me. I worked for this Credit Union for almost a decade and have been a memeber since i was teen, now 32. The fact that i was approved and out of no where denied for aomething that shoulf have been noted at the very beginning and not drown out is extreme poor service. Thanks SECUNM for allowing me to think i was approved and now late on my payment. And Emilio Atencio, for no customer service to speak of.

I started getting larger payments for my vehicle without explanation so I called and was told I missed payments. I showed proof of my monthly payments and was then told they added insurance payments since I had no proof of insurance. I had sent it in my insurance company sent it in several times. We made several calls to a gentleman there and would not get a call back. We got on a conference call with the company and insurance company and thought we got it cleared up and was informed today they sent me to collections and dropped my credit score by 70 points. Bad business.. I owe you nothing my loan payment and this needs to be corrected ASAP

My auntie and I were running errands. Went to this credit Union I drove through the drive thru. I dropped the canister the manager sent out a young lady she retrived the canister. Thank you for your time and prompt service and great addutuidd13e2
