Very satisfied. Delivery on time even though I called at the last minute and one who calls when needing a refill. The clerks were understanding and patient when I called as I had very little gas remaining in my tank. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible service!!! The Santa Fe site of Suburban Propane has the worst customer service. We have dealt with this particular office for three years.Despite being on auto fill, we have ran out of propane twice (usually when temperatures are at their lowest). Two weeks ago, upon entering our house, the stench of propane was so overwhelming, I thought was going to vomit. I assumed we had a major leak and left immediately ( along with our four pets ). Despite this event occurring during regular business hours, the local office in Santa Fe never answered the phone. Thus we were transferred to the main office in New Jersey. We waited for an emergency technician that had been dispatched to our home.Three hours later, their serviceman came and informed us that we were had no propane, thus the low pressure caused evaporation of residual fuel to enter our home.He gave us 25 gallons of fuel, stated that he would be back the next day. He also mentioned that other customers had similar issues; that, who ever was responsible for calculating fuel use had dropped the ball.Of course, no one came the following day, nor would the local office answer their phone. Again, I was transferred to the main office in New Jersey. Now, it was after hours, thus a $250 charge along with the charge of the fuel would be assessed to our account if a supplier came out that evening I declined.Unbelievable! The following morning I phoned the Santa Fe office…no answer…transferred to New Jersey where I spoke with a supervisor and filed a complaint.Ultimately, the propane fuel truck arrived and I was charged $1540.37 for 336 gallons of fuel. I asked if we could receive some sort of discount as they had caused so much turmoil. I’ve yet to hear a word from their corporate or local representative and it has been three weeks. We rent their tank and if it wasn’t so cost prohibitive, I’d have them dig it out and go with someone else.

The last delivery they told me for three weeks they would be there tomorrow. Today they drove off the side of my driveway into the snow and said it was too slippery. But the other 20 feet was fine.

I've been waiting nearly 2 weeks for a propane delivery in the winter. Anyone can imagine the severity of the problem. My most recent delivery was cancelled due to "snow on the road" on a road that Honda Civics are driving regularly. The previous company, bought out by Suburban Propane, made reliable deliveries in ACTUAL inclement weather. I've never had such a dangerously poor business relationship with any other company in New Mexico. Keep in mind that this is a vital utility.DON'T go with this company for your heating needs as you will be risking frigid nights and frozen pipes. I am already in contact with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General, and am exploring my options to switch to another company. **Be warned.**

I called to order 100g gallons propane on 10/17/22, and I was with only 7% of propane at that time.. I was told by your representative that I had to pre pay to order and to even schedule a date to get a fill up. I paid $316 day of 10/17 and got the aggrement that the propane will be delivered on 10/26/22.The propane was not delivered until 10/27/22. I complained to the delivery driver who was very apoloigic and informed me we were not in his schedule for the 26th. I was very concerned we ran out of propane due to the agreement that was not made by your company... I'm not happy with the fact I had to pay ahead to EVEN order and set a date. I've never had to do that before.. I am very unsatisfied with your policies to pay to order and the fact that your company did not deliver on promised date...

I just called to get competitive pricing because the company I've been with for 30 years charges different prices for different areas. Marisa from Suburban was very knowledgeable about pricing for new customers, long term customers, if you own your own tank or lease. I wish my company wouldn't run me through the Q&A's before they release a quote to me.If I wasn't with one already I'd go with Suburban.

By far the best propane company in the Southwest. The customer service is outstanding, the prices are fair, and the delivery is quick. The gentleman who installed my tank did an excellent job on the installation and then drove to the ski area to deliver my paperwork because I wasn't able to get off work. Just incredible service and greats people. They also offer employee discounts if you work for certain businesses so be sure to ask about that. Highly recommend Suburban Propane.

Easily the best service in the propane delivery business in the Santa Fe region. On time with knowledgeable tech, newer equipment and a great can do attitude. I tried to do biz with several other companies during the last year. All the others made my life more difficult. GO SUBURBAN! THE BEST in the area.
