I've used Super Sound for several years. I came back this year with a new car & Mark has been amazing. He always makes sure I'm happy before I leave. He does everything possible to make things work. Very pleased with the service and quality of Supersound. I approached with a botched auto audio install by another Co in town. Mark assessed the situation, diagnosed what needed to be done to fix it and worked with the audio component supplier to get the correct parts. The installer did the job as promised and now the system works properly. Much gratitude for their work!

From now on it’s my go to place for anything I need for my truck, I purchased viper alarm system from them it was a great experience dealing with the owner mark he guided me to pick the right alarm and they installed it right away everything was smooth and very professional, I’ll definitely do more business with them. Highly recommended

paid over $400 for a new stereo installed and it made a high pitched buzz whenever the engine increased intensity. stopped in with the original box and was told “we’ll take care of you, come back thurs at 9:30” and when i did he claimed i never bought it there and it would be $75 to install a noise filter (which shows they incorrectly installed in the first place). they didn’t take care of me at all and didn’t believe my problem was real. two thumbs down!

Perfect job, not one sign of problem areas or issues and you would assume the car came with the alarm the way it was set up inside.

I had originally taken in a Silverado I had years ago to get a sound system hooked up, they charged me 120 bucks and it worked great. This second time I took my new truck to have an amp and subs wired in correctly. I paid 270 dollars for that. The amp started turning off as soon as I got the truck back. I removed the amp and sent it in to get it looked at by the manufacturer. Pioneer sent me back a new one, and advised it had probably burnt out because of wiring issues. I promptly went back to have them check the wiring in the truck, I didn’t want to have to replace a second amp. However the owner told me they hadn’t made any mistakes, without checking. Pioneer sent me the second amp and it turns off periodically. Two 350 dollar amps don’t fail back to back. I ended up taking the stereo out to see what the issue was, and they even forgot to pull their pliers out. I’ve attached a pic. He said of course pioneer would blame them. Therefore to look at the wiring he wanted me to pay him an extra 100 bucks after I had to leave work early for him to look at it. I always try to support local, that’s why I didn’t just go to Best Buy and pay 150 bucks. But the issue is some of these small companies will try and take advantage of us just as much as corporations. Almost 400 dollars to wire in an amp seems like a very unreasonable amount when Best Buy does it for less than half that. If you want a local shop check out the shops in ABQ and maybe audio express. This guy doesn’t stand behind his work and I will never recommend shoddy business practices. The worst experience I’ve had in Santa Fe by far. I will be reaching out to the BBB after I take it somewhere else to confirm it wasn’t done properly.

Installed a 12 for me after the place I was supposed to go closed early on a Friday. They got me in last minute and it sounds great. Couldn't be happier. I will be going to Super Sound in the future. Santa Fe only has 2 places for car audio, Super Sound will be getting my business. Better customer service, accurate business hours, professionalism in the field. Thank you guys ?
