I have travelled the four corners of the globe...& this store ranks amongst the most exquisite ones! What a gem! If you are in Santa Fe & are looking for a store to arouse all of your senses, look no further! It is beautifully curated with furnishings from near & far! It will transport you in time and place. Lisa & her team do not disappoint! It sometimes takes getting lost to find oneself.... I just did that! ~ Linda xo

I looked at a rug at this place 3 days ago on 8/21. Elise quoted $1,600. I was interested, but I had some blisters from walking and couldn't concentrate on purchasing. When I asked Elise if she had a bandaid to help with my pain, she was rude and said she'd have to leave the sales floor to get a bandage. Then she changed her mind and said "actually the first aid kit is on the truck", whatever that means. Seems she was too lazy to get a customer a band aid? I did call again today about the rug and unfortunately Elise answered the phone. When I inquired about the SAME rug, now she says it's $2,400. When I reminded her she told me it was $1,600 just 3 days ago, she sad "well, it has new fringe and I must have looked at the price of the rug underneath that one." She was also too lazy to send me photos of the rug and said her moving guys would have to unroll it for her to take photos, and they weren't back yet. This is a 6 by 8 ft rug that was not heavy weight. Too lazy to get a band aid, too lazy to unroll a light weight rug, and now it's 50% more money from 3 days ago? Also, she looked at me like I was a bag lady when I asked her for a band aid. It's a shame that the only thoughts I have about this store is a very rude and unhelpful sales clerk. She needs to retire. And I definitely don't want to buy a rug and have any thoughts about the mean old sales lady when I'm looking at the rug.

This is a new store in Santa Fe which has been open for over a year but I had not been in to the store until yesterday. I was on one hand really pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection and the originality of the furnishings. But even more, I was even more surprised that their price for really fine furnishings was very very reasonable by any standard and by my own standard even lol. Without a doubt this is the nicest finest home furnishing store in Santa Fe today. We have not had this nice a home furnishing store in Santa Fe for many years. Finally, I would add that they have a great selection of beautiful very high-quality elegant wool rug runners that is probably unmatched in New Mexico for sure and reminded me of shopping in London or New York. Strongly recommended. G.

I suppose we could call The Collective a furniture store as we could also think of the Rocky Mountains as a range of hills- true but missing the point by miles. The gathering of objects and furnishings at The Collective is overwhelming in beauty, variety and cultural value. This is not just a place with extraordinary objects, it is a world of rich experience.
