We came into The Raven today and I was horrified to see that they had about 8-10 small exotic birds in an antique bird cage, many of whom were clearly sick. One bird’s eye was so infected, red and swollen that it was completely closed. Another bird had plucked out some of its feathers and was only standing with one of its legs; the other leg looked infected. There were at least three species of birds, and 8-10 individuals in a small cage for the number of birds. Food was thrown onto the wire-barred floor of the cage. The cage was in the middle of the store, and the birds were so clearly stressed out with all the people milling around them. This seems like a simple case of animal neglect and it was frankly depressing. In 2024, if you want to use animals to attract new clients, you need to treat the animals with care and respect. If you can’t spend the time and money to take care of them, please bring them to an animal rescue group or find someone who can.We will not be coming back.

Wonderful store. They sold a lot of my furniture and things very quickly. Such a pleasure to deal with. And, I love my new blue globes.

WoWzer!!!! What a selection of interesting items. From home decor and furniture to garden and patio needs. The selection of items was certainly NOT your furniture box store items. Store staff was available for questions and did not follow you around the property which I appreciated.

We went in to this wonderful shop fourteen years ago on our honeymoon and have loved it ever since! Kateryna, the owner is a darling red head who really knows her stuff. We live in a Santa Fe Adobe home in the Dallas Texas area and have furnished it beautifully with special objects and antiques from The Raven and it is a wonderful respite on the shores of Lake Lewisville. We love this place and the people we know there are helpful and welcoming.

Great items and ideas throughout the store, its great to see so much history in interior design, and a fair number of woodworking pieces as well. Good to come back again and again, as you never know what you'll find.

The store is lovely, a bit overpriced, but it is Santa Fe, but there’s an eclectic variety of things. For that you would get four stars. But I’m giving to because the service was awful. The young lady that originally helped me make the purchase, for my climate was charming, however my experience after that was totally lackluster. I don’t know the name of the associate but she has blonde hair and is extremely rude when I called to let them know that my contractor actually wasn’t going to be coming the day we had originally planned to pick up the piece. She got a horrible attitude and literally said “so he did all that work for nothing“ Are you kidding me? No ma’am - you did it because I paid well over $2000 for the piece and it’s your job to get it ready for pickup. It should’ve been taken off the floor when I purchased it to begin with. I could have not called at all and just not shown up. And when I called to let them know he was coming, I got the same bad attitude from the same older, blond associate. When my contractor did go to pick it up, it was again, the same woman with an awful attitude, as if he was bothering her at her job and she was rude to him as well. Maybe she’s not aware that she works in retail? And that her focus should be her customers. Also, I heard another associate bad-mouthing a customer that was there in the smaller store. Saying - she never purchases anything so we just ignore her and try to appease her. Wth? Get over yourselves. This is why Santa Fe gets the “snotty bourgeois” label because many people there (not all) seem to think they are above everybody, newsflash you live in a small town in New Mexico that is over priced and frankly over-rated. It’s a shame because I’ve been in the design industry for over 20 years and have a very strong clientele, I doubt I will be back as there are other places with better attitudes.

Thank you so much for agreeing to package and ship the lamp I selected all the way to Maine! I am loving it and have fond memories of visiting your beautiful showroom in Sante Fe.

I bought a beautiful sofa at The Raven this October 2022. It is off-white and was reasonably priced. The day my friend picked it up for me, the folks at The Raven wrapped it entirely in plastic wrap so it arrived at my home in perfect condition. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and professionalism.

Amazing items for sale, I find it amazing how we did items back in the day and this place just gives me so many ideas to do and make the tradition of woodworking the best.

Had a great experience! Walked in looking for a small recliner, the lass at the front desk knew right where to find one. It was in good shape for the price. Came back later to pick it up and two lovely, strong lady’s carried it out to my vehicle and i was off to bring it home and enjoy! Thank you Raven!

Such cool stuff. We stopped by The Raven Fine Consignments this week and wanted to buy 1/2 the items in the place. This is furniture and home decor consignment at its best. Well worth the drive to Santa Fe - we don't have anything like this in Albuquerque!
