“Johnny is the BEST! Took my Honda CRV in for a metal-grinding noise that he diagnosed IMMEDIATELY! Left my car with him that morning and he called me early afternoon with the cost of the issue. Gave me a choice between the expensive option - replacing my air conditioning compressor, or buying a $200.00 part until I could save the money for a new AC. Took the cheaper option and he had my car to me before 5:00 pm that day. That is EXCELLENT SERVICE. Johnny took the time to explain everything to me and even showed me a few things on my vehicle. I highly recommend Pinkies Automotive! Been in Santa Fe my whole life and am happy to say I have finally found my forever-mechanic.”

“I broke my truck out in the middle of the mountains. After several calls to other towing companies, Nicole is the ONLY one that answered! She comfortable and easy to talk with, she called me back within a couple minutes with the price and had already sent her son to pick my truck up. Carlos and his family were happy to help us out! Great company with honesty, integrity and family values! If you’re in the unfortunate situation and need a tow, I highly recommend you call Nicole!

“I have never felt compelled to write a Yelp review before, but Vicente (I'm not sure if I'm spelling this correctly) and this shop saved Christmas for our family. We were stuck on the side of the road with a blown tire as we were traveling home for he holidays. Vicente came to our rescue very quickly and even made sure my dog was comfortable by letting her lay on his jacket in the cab. He called ahead to see if his shop could fix our tire quickly, and the shop not only fixed our tire extremely quickly...they gave us their lug key so that if we had any issues on the rest of our drive, we wouldn't be stuck again. I can't thank Vicente and all the guys who helped us at the shop enough for the kindness they showed us.”

“Amazing service, after jumping my car twice prior that same week, they were once again the only provider in the area that responded to my Geico roadside request, this time they had a guy come off the clock with an injured arm with just a portable jump starter, because their main unit was on an out of town call, to jump my car a 3rd time so I could get back on the road, even got there 30 min earlier than expected, caught me off gaurd because they weren't even in a company truck! Also gave me some great advice for cleaning the corrosion off the terminals to save a buck. Super grateful, God Bless?”
“While on a long road trip from Washington State, was having problems with my intoxalock handheld device. (Not alcohol related). I had to find a place that serviced this dumb ass device. So, we found Beto's Auto Repair!!!! Thank God,!!!! They made time, repairs and exhibit such great customer service!!!! Great customer service, communication and overall a great experience. “While traveling full time in our converted shuttle bus my husband and I found ourselves stuck in Santa Fe with some car issues. We are from Ohio so we didn’t know anyone in the area. Luckily, we found master tech and they were incredible to us. We came in without an appointment on a super busy Monday and they immediately took the time to listen to what was going on and started diagnosing. Unfortunately, after trying multiple different resolutions, we ended up needing a whole new transmission along with a few other repairs. Everyone was very kind and understanding in a tough and very expensive situation. Thank you Master Tech team!”
