We always find lovely gifts at Toyopolis. Selection is limited because it's a small store, but it's thoughtfully curated with a bit of everything. Staff is super sweet and helpful and they do a great job wrapping gifts for no extra charge.

Full of whimsy! We love this store. The selection of toys is wonderful. In a technology obsessed era this toy store provides us with a fun place to find quality timeless toys. The clothing they have is super cute as well. They carry quality brands like Posh Peanut. Highly recommend. ?

Great selection of toys but what’s with the employees?? This business needs a bit of friendliness towards locals.This is the sort of place who only entertains those who visit Santa Fe. quite unfortunate. At least greet the kiddos who are full of life and curiosity!! This is a toy store, after all.

Wonderful inventory but the clerks cannot be bothered to even stand up or “God forbid” show some enthusiasm. Maybe they are doing community service for littering but I’m not going back.

Good selection. Good location. Factor of 2 over internet prices, but that's what you get. I'd rather pay more and support a local shop.UPDATE 09/2021: went back later in month. Woman behind the counter WAS wearing a mask, was warm when we came in, and was understanding of a kid having a rough morning. Updating the review to reflect that.PRIOR REVIEW:Here's the problem: the woman behind the counter seems like she hates kids, fun, her job, and the very idea of toys. Worse, at the time we went in, during the Delta wave, kids under 12 cannot be vaccinated. It's a kids toy store. The target audience needs masks to be protected. We came in at opening time, with only the two of us and the dour shopowner. She could NOT BE BOTHERED to put a mask on. My 5 year old and I are wearing masks. Why couldn't she simply put one on? Or say hello and seem happy to see someone coming in?I'd love to spend money here, and I literally couldn't care less about price relative to online orders. Sadly the behavior of the staff means that I'll continue to spend online instead of local.

Fun, educational, explorative toys, lots of puzzles, some art supplies, and some fun clothes. A good lego collector location. Friendly and will even gift wrap for free. A great toy store for all ages! We will be back!

Very rude owner/ worker woman staring me and my child down while we tried to shop. Didn't get a greeting or even a smile when we walked in. We are people of color so i'm not sure if this had anything to do with it. Glad we didn't buy anything from this overpriced yuppy store.
